Kerley needs additional testing for the foot injury he suffered during Thursday's 34-21 win over the Bills, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Between the injury and a likely upcoming suspension, Kerley probably won't be available when the Jets take on the Bucs in Week 10. Any missed time wouldn't have a huge impact on the New York passing attack, as Kerley has yet to draw more than five targets in any game this season. Rookie wideouts Chad Hansen and ArDarius Stewart are the leading candidates to replace Kerely in the No. 3 receiver role. Hansen played more snaps (32) than Stewart (18) in Thursday's victory, but Stewart has a 7-0 target advantage for the season.

Coach Todd Bowles stated that Kerley suffered an ankle injury during Thursday's win over the Bills, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kerley was removed from the game after injuring his ankle in the first quarter. The severity of his ankle injury should be revealed after he undergoes further testing in the near future.

Kerley suffered a foot injury in the first quarter of Thursday's game against the Bills and is questionable to return.
EDGE Analysis
Kerley did some jogging on the sidelines before heading to the locker room with Jets trainers. As long as he remains out, expect Chad Hansen to get snaps as New York's third wide receiver behind Robby Anderson and Jermaine Kearse.

Kerley, who fully participated in Tuesday's practice, expects to be available for Thursday's game against the Bills, the Jets' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
That said, reports of a potential suspension for the wideout are out there, so that could change in short order in advance of Thursday's contest. With that in mind, coach Todd Bowles indicated that the Jets have been prepping the likes of Chad Hansen and ArDarius Stewart for added Week 9 duties should Kerley be be unavailable.

Kerley, who Daniel Popper of the New York Daily News reported Tuesday would be suspended for violating NFL policy, practiced with the Jets on Tuesday, according to Rich Cimini of ESPN.com.
EDGE Analysis
After the practice, Kerley declined to answer questions regarding any suspension, stating that he was turning his focus to Thursday's game against the Bills. It's expected that if the reports of the suspension are true, the league office will confirm as much before Thursday, while also perhaps shedding more light on the nature of Kerley's violation. If Kerley, the Jets' No. 3 wideout is indeed out for the divisional matchup with Buffalo, Chad Hansen or ArDarius Stewart would likely take on an enhanced role in the offense behind starting receivers Jermaine Kearse and Robby Anderson.

Kerley will be suspended by the NFL for violating a league policy, the New York Daily News reports.
EDGE Analysis
The nature of the violation and the duration of the suspension are not immediately clear, but presumably he will not be available for Thursday's game against the Bills.

Kerley caught one of three targets for seven yards and lost a fumble on a punt return during Sunday's 25-20 loss to the Falcons.
EDGE Analysis
Kerley's fumble was incredibly costly, as the Jets had forced the Falcons to punt late, only to give them the ball back inside the 10. After putting up a solid game against the Patriots in Week 6, Kerley has failed to catch more than three passes or record even 20 receiving yards, and he's lost a fumble in back-to-back games. With plenty of other passing options healthy, there's little reason to see Kerley breaking out in a big way anytime soon.

Kerley caught two of four targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 31-28 loss to Miami. He fumbled twice during the contest, losing one.
EDGE Analysis
It was a step back for Kerley, who had two 30-yard catches and a touchdown in Week 6 versus New England. The veteran is firmly in the No. 3 role, seeing 29 offensive snaps on Sunday, behind Jermaine Kearse and Robby Anderson, who each had at least 45. That role has been consistently ho-hum with between three and five targets each game this season, but under 45 yards without a touchdown in five of six matchups.

Kerley caught two of three targets for 61 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-17 loss to New England.
EDGE Analysis
Kerley gave the Jets a 14-0 edge early in the second quarter when he went deep for a 31-yard touchdown, his first score of the season. Kerley has seldom been spectacular in his return to the Meadowlands, Sunday representing his first 50-yard game of the year, but he's been mostly solid. Hes' caught at least four passes in three of five games thus far this season and has given New York a dependable option in the slot.

Kerley brought in all four targets for 39 yards and returned two punts for 16 yards in Sunday's 17-14 win over the Browns
EDGE Analysis
Kerley continues to offer modest but consistent production as a trusted target of QB Josh McCown, with Sunday's effort serving as his third straight with at least four catches. The downside is that the veteran is averaging a career-low 7.8 yards per grab, as the Jets passing game continues to primarily be conservative save for the occasional deep shot to Robby Anderson. Kerley's fantasy viability appears exclusively limited to deep PPR formats or as a DFS punt play until further notice.
