EDGE Analysis
Webb was elevated ahead of Sunday's wild-card win over the Chargers but was ultimately a healthy scratch for that contest. The elevation was his first of the campaign. He was likely elevated as insurance in case Kayshon Boutte (who was dealing with a hamstring injury) couldn't suit up, which didn't end up being the case. It would almost certainly take an injury in the Patriots' receiving corps for Webb to be elevated again for the divisional round next Sunday.

The Patriots elevated Webb to the active roster from their practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's wild-card matchup versus the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
Webb joined the team's practice squad back in August, but this marks just the first time that he's been elevated for a game. The rookie undrafted free agent will now have a chance to make his NFL debut should he suit up against the Chargers.

Webb went unclaimed on waivers after being let go by the team Tuesday, and he will now hang around New England as a member of the practice unit. The wide receiver caught six passes for 80 yards and a touchdown over three preseason contests, and he will look build off of that momentum in an attempt to earn an elevation to the active roster and make his NFL debut in 2025.

Webb signed with New England as an undrafted free agent in April and caught six of nine targets for 80 yards and a touchdown over three preseason games. He didn't make the team's initial 53-man roster but is a candidate for the practice squad if he clears waivers.

EDGE Analysis
Webb joined the Patriots as an undrafted free agent this spring and was sidelined to begin camp with an undisclosed injury. While it's still a longshot for him to make the roster, getting back on the field quickly can only help his chances.

EDGE Analysis
Webb joined New England as an undrafted free agent in late April and is a longshot to make the team's season-opening roster. As such, it will be important for him to be medically cleared to play relatively soon. Webb can be activated from the NFI list and begin practicing as soon as he passes a physical.
