The Bills and Crowder agreed to a one-year contract Monday, Josina Anderson of CBS Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Buffalo has found its replacement at slot receiver after cutting loose Cole Beasley last week. Crowder had a down year for his standards in 2021, missing five games due to injury and finishing with a 51-447-2 line on 71 targets. With the upgrade in quarterback from Zach Wilson to Josh Allen, Crowder could be in line for a rebound as he joins forces with Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis at wide receiver.

The Jets are expected to let Crowder (calf) test free agency, DJ Bien-Aime of the New York Daily News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Crowder inked a three-year, $28.5 million deal with the Jets back in 2019, but the veteran slot receiver's role on offense has since dwindled following the emergence of Elijah Moore. The soon-to-be 29-year-old posted his least productive season with New York across 12 appearances in 2021, with just 447 receiving yards and two scores. Soft tissue issues forced Crowder to miss five games last year, including a calf injury that forced him out of the season finale, but it looks like he will be fully healthy by the time he hits the open market.

Crowder won't return to Sunday's game against the Bills due to a calf injury.
EDGE Analysis
Crowder, who likely aggravated the calf issue that sidelined him in Weeks 16 and 17, finishes the day with one catch for 16 yards on his only target. In his absence, Keelan Cole, Jeff Smith and Denzel Mims will head the Jets' wideout corps versus Buffalo. Crowder thus finishes the season with 51 catches for 447 yards and two TDs in 12 games, with Rich Cimini of ESPN.com suggesting that the free agent to be isn't expected back with the team in 2022.

Crowder (calf) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Bills, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Robert Saleh said Friday morning Crowder's outlook was "looking good" for Sunday, and the lack of an injury designation reinforces that sentiment. The 28-year-old should operate as the Jets' top option in the passing game out of the slot this weekend with Braxton Berrios (quadriceps) out and Elijah Moore (quadriceps/illness) unlikely to return from the reserve list.

Coach Robert Saleh said Crowder (calf) is "looking good" to play Sunday against the Bills, Connor Hughes of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Elijah Moore (quadriceps/illness) isn't expected to return from the reserve list and Braxton Berrios (quadriceps) appears unlikely to play Sunday, so Crowder could be heavily involved if cleared to return from his two-game absence. Crowder should dominate work out of the slot and could be the No. 1 option in the passing game if able to play Week 18.

Crowder (calf) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
While Crowder has been sidelined by the calf injury for two straight games, Braxton Berrios has drawn 18 targets between those contests, producing a 13-102 -1 receiving line to go with three carries for 15 yards and another touchdown. Berrios' strong late-season performance should guarantee him a role on offense in Sunday's finale in Buffalo if available, but he could now be at more risk of missing that contest than Crowder after sitting out consecutive practices with a quadriceps injury. If Berrios can't play Week 18, Crowder would likely have a full-time slot role all to himself and would also profile as the Jets' top option in the passing game. Corey Davis (groin) is shut down for the season, and star rookie Elijah Moore (quadriceps, reserve/COVID-19 list) hasn't practiced or played since Week 13 and is looking doubtful to suit up Sunday.

Crowder (calf) returned to practice Wednesday as a limited participant, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
While Crowder is back on the practice field after missing back-to-back games with a calf injury, fellow slot receiver Braxton Berrios (quad) is absent to start the week. It'd be interesting to see how the Jets divide snaps and targets if both guys are available this Sunday against the Bills, and they already have some packages to get Crowder and Berrios on the field together.

Crowder (calf) will return to practice Wednesday, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Crowder has missed the last pair of games with a calf injury and will be back on the field after he was unable to practice in any capacity across the last two weeks. It's not yet clear whether he'll have any limitations Wednesday, but any participation in practice is encouraging for his chances of returning for Sunday's season finale versus the Bills.

Crowder (calf) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
Crowder carried a doubtful tag into the weekend after failing to practice all week, so his inactive status is of little surprise. In the veteran's Week 16 absence versus the Jaguars, Braxton Berrios (5-37) and tight end Tyler Kroft (3-29) were the top two targets for Zach Wilson, but the absences of both Kroft and Ryan Griffin due to COVID-19 could lead to more targets for the likes of Crowder's fellow wideouts Keelan Cole and Denzel Mims.

Crowder (calf) is officially listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Elijah Moore (quadriceps) not available for Week 17 after landing on the reserve/COVID-19 list and with Crowder trending toward inactive status, Braxton Berrios, Keelan Cole and Denzel Mims look on track to serve as the Jets' starting receivers.
