Chase is active for Sunday's game against the Browns, though he's not expected to see his usual snap count in the contest, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Head coach Zac Taylor suggested earlier this week that Chase could be a candidate to sit out the regular-season finale for rest purposes, as the Bengals have little at stake Week 18 in terms of playoff positioning and would ideally escape the contest without any injuries to key players heading into the postseason. To that end, Joe Burrow (knee/rest), Joe Mixon (reserve/COVID-19 list) and Tee Higgins (coach's decision) are all sitting out Week 18, but Chase will at least dress for the contest. However, the Bengals may be looking to limit his workload, with Baby noting that Chase enters the contest just 12 receiving yards shy of the single-season franchise record. It wouldn't be surprising if the Bengals attempted to give Chase the opportunity to set the record early in the game before keeping him on the sideline the rest of the day.

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said Chase "potentially" could play in Sunday's game against Cleveland, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
With quarterback Joe Burrow already acknowledging that he'll sit out with a minor knee injury he would otherwise normally play through if the Bengals hadn't already locked up a playoff spot, there's a good chance Chase plays less than a full game, if he even suits up at all. He already has the rookie record for receiving yards (1,428), thanks to his 11-266-3 line in the Week 17 win over Kansas City.

Chase caught 11 of 12 targets for 266 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 34-31 win over the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Chase made a move in space and outran the whole Chiefs defense for a 72-yard touchdown late in the first quarter, then scored again from 18 yards out in the second by easily outmuscling a defender in the end zone. He completed the touchdown hat trick with a 69-yard burst down the sideline early in the third quarter, and while Chase didn't get back into the end zone after that, he continued to play a major part in Cincinnati's comeback from a 28-17 halftime hole. Chase finished with the single-game rookie record for receiving yards, topping 200 for the second time in his sensational debut season. The first-round pick out of LSU has 13 touchdowns heading into the regular-season finale in Cleveland.

Chase caught seven passes for 125 yards on 10 targets against Baltimore on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Chase no doubt benefited from the injuries to the Baltimore secondary, but this is a still a strong output by any standard and puts him back on track for a good finish to a rookie season that has been spectacular overall, despite some bumps in the road. At worst, this was a good tune-up showing for Chase as the Bengals prepare to face a tougher Chiefs defense in Week 17.

Chase recorded one reception on four targets for three yards in Sunday's 15-10 win over the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
This matchup was a defensive struggle from start to finish, but even given that context, Chase posted a disappointing line. Volume was down for nearly every Cincinnati receiver, but Chase's inability to break free for big gains -- a skill that was the key to his early-season production -- remains a concern. Across his last seven games, he's managed only two receptions of at least 20 yards. In that same span, he's averaged only 3.7 receptions and 40.6 receiving yards per game.

Chase caught five of eight targets for 77 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 26-23 overtime loss to the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
The rookie was a key figure in forcing the game into OT. With the Bengals in a 20-6 hole to begin the fourth quarter, Chase got to work and hauled in TD strikes of 17 and 32 yards from Joe Burrow. It's the second two-touchdown performance of the season for Chase, who now has an amazing 10 TDs through his first 13 NFL games in addition to reaching the 1,000-yard mark. He'll look to keep rolling in Week 15 against the Broncos.

Chase secured five of eight targets for 52 yards in the Bengals' 41-22 loss to the Chargers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Chase saw fellow wideouts Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd outshine him on the afternoon, but he still put together a solid fantasy performance, especially from a PPR perspective. The standout rookie is in a bit of a slump since a stellar 8-201-1 effort against the Ravens in Week 7, posting no more than six receptions or Sunday's 52 receiving yards since that game. His next opportunity to bump up his production comes in a Week 14 home battle against the 49ers.

Chase caught all three of his targets for 39 yards in Sunday's 41-10 blowout win over the Steelers.
EDGE Analysis
The Bengals went up big in the first half on the backs of Joe Mixon (165 yards and two touchdowns) and a dominant defensive performance (interception return for a touchdown). When Joe Burrow was asked to drop back and pass, he favored Tee Higgins (six receptions for 114 yards and a score) on the side of the field that star defensive back Minkah Fitzpatrick wasn't operating in. Chase has seen his production dip over the last four contests as defenses appear to be focusing more on the breakout star (38 yards per game over that span). Cincinnati may need to utilize its top receiving option more heavily in an upcoming matchup against the Chargers' high-powered offense next Sunday.

Chase caught three of six targets for 32 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 32-13 win over the Raiders. He also gained eight rushing yards on two carries.
EDGE Analysis
The six targets were the fewest Chase has seen since Week 3 while the 40 scrimmage yards were a season low, but the rookie wideout stayed productive by hauling in a six-yard score from Joe Burrow in the fourth quarter as the Bengals pulled away. Chase has eight TDs through his first 10 NFL games while inching closer to 1,000 receiving yards, and he could pad those numbers significantly in Week 12 against a Steelers defense he torched for two touchdowns in their first meeting this year.

Chase caught six of 13 targets for 49 yards and lost a fumble in Sunday's 41-16 loss to Cleveland. He also rushed twice for no gain.
EDGE Analysis
Chase was the intended receiver on a Joe Burrow pass that was returned for a 99-yard interception touchdown to end a promising Bengals opening drive, then the rookie wide receiver fumbled in the second quarter. He also had a ball go through his hands in the end zone in the third quarter, as some of the drops Chase struggled with in the preseason have begun to resurface. After eclipsing 50 receiving yards in each of his first seven games, Chase has failed to reach that mark in either of the last two, but the Bengals' Week 10 bye will give the standout rookie an opportunity to hit the reset button.
