Moody went 6-for-6 on point-after tries without attempting a field goal in Sunday's 42-10 win over the Cowboys.
EDGE Analysis
Moody finished without a field-goal attempt for the second consecutive week after converting nine attempts over the 49ers' first three games. The rookie kicker stayed perfect by converting PATs on each of San Francisco's six touchdown drives Sunday. Moody should be considered a startable fantasy option against Cleveland next Sunday after successfully converting all 29 of his kicking opportunities through five weeks.

Moody did not attempt a field goal and converted all five of his point-after tries in Sunday's 35-16 win over the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
The 49ers' offense did not falter in the red zone Sunday, leaving little work for Moody in a comfortable win. The third-round rookie was fresh off of three straight 12-point performances, so this feels like a down fantasy game at no fault of his own. Moody will attempt to maintain his perfect kicking percentage when the 49ers face the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football in Week 5.

Moody went 3-for-3 on field-goal attempts and 3-for-3 on point-after tries in Thursday's 30-12 win over the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Moody has been perfect to begin his pro career by converting all 18 kicking opportunities presented to him through three games. Thursday's FG attempts were of the chip-shot variety, coming from 21, 28 and 36 yards, but the rookie was able to show off his driver on a 57-yard conversion in Week 2. Moody has quickly become one of the top kicking options in fantasy behind San Francisco's high-octane offense. The Michigan product will look to continue his early success in a plus matchup against the Cardinals on Oct. 1.

Moody was a perfect 3-for-3 on field-goal attempts and 3-for-3 on extra-point attempts in Sunday's 30-23 win over the Rams.
EDGE Analysis
The 49ers have kept Moody busy with 12 combined kicking opportunities through the first two games of the season. The third-round rookie responded by converting every attempt without drama, including a 57-yard drive that split the uprights Sunday. Moody will look to keep the strong start to his career rolling against the Giants on Thursday.

Moody went 3-for-3 on field-goal attempts and 3-for-3 on point-after tries in a 30-7 win over the Steelers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Moody had a tumultuous preseason that started with two missed field-goal attempts and ended with a quadriceps strain that put his roster spot in jeopardy. The Michigan product not only overcame his health matter, but he also put any concerns regarding his psyche to rest with a perfect kicking day to open the regular season. San Francisco's star-studded offense looked as good as advertised after one game, making Moody a desirable fantasy option heading into next week's tilt against the Rams.

Moody (quad) was removed from the injury report and will play Sunday against the Steelers, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Moody pulled his quad during the preseason but has been cleared to kick for Week 1. Likely kicking at less than 100 percent and on the road in a game with a projected low scoring total, Moody isn't an exciting fantasy option Sunday.

Moody (quadriceps) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
After sitting out the 49ers' preseason finale due to a strained right quadriceps, Moody was deemed week-to-week by the team, but by Monday he was able to kick on a side field, per Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com. Moody now has logged back-to-back capped practices and seems on course to be available Sunday in Pittsburgh. Friday's injury report ultimately will unveil whether or not he heads into the weekend with a designation. If Moody isn't able to suit up, San Francisco has Matthew Wright at the ready on the practice squad.

Moody (quadricep) was limited at Wednesday's practice, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Moody didn't suit up for the 49ers' exhibition finale due to a right quad strain, an injury that prompted San Francisco to label him week-to-week. Fellow kicker Zane Gonzalez (calf) also didn't play in that game, and after a stint on injured reserve, the team released him Tuesday with an injury settlement. As a result, Moody's only competition for kicker duties in the Bay Area is practice-squad member Matthew Wright. While Wright actually has NFL experience under his belt, head coach Kyle Shanahan told David Lombardi of The Athletic that the team expects Moody, a rookie third-round pick out of Michigan, to be available for Sunday's Week 1 road matchup with the Steelers.

Moody (quadriceps) was on a side field Monday, kicking alongside recent practice-squad signing Matthew Wright, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Moody attempted short and mid-range kicks during the open portion of practice and reportedly had no trouble putting the ball high up on the net. He seems to be on track for Sunday's game in Pittsburgh, but the 49ers brought in Wright just in case Moody suffers a setback. As much as his team context hints at possible fantasy value this year, Moody will start the season with a tough matchup even if his quad proves to be a non-issue, playing at one of the harshest stadiums for kickers and against one of the few teams that can nearly match his when it comes to veteran talent on defense.

Coach Kyle Shanahan said Wednesday that he expects Moody (quadriceps) will be healthy soon, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Moody is at least healthier than fellow 49ers kicker Zane Gonzalez, who was placed on injured reserve Tuesday with a calf injury. Gonzalez will now miss the entire season or else reach an injury settlement with San Francisco, whereas Moody still has hope to suit up Week 1 and handle the placekicking. Shanahan did acknowledge that the 49ers plan to add a kicker to the practice squad, giving them a backup plan in case Moody's quad injury lingers heading into Week 1 at Pittsburgh. It's a tough spot to start the year, facing a tough defense in a difficult stadium for kicking, but Moody's favorable team context could eventually allow for Year 1 fantasy value even if he misses some kicks along the way.
