Bengals promoted LB J.K. Schaffer from the practice squad. Hard Knocks star DE DeQuin Evans was waived in a corresponding roster move. Schaffer provides linebacker depth with MLB Rey Maualuga (MCL) expected to miss 3-4 weeks.
