While Asiata will likely start at running back Sunday against the Saints, offensive coordinator Norv Turner says he'll stick with the hot hand between Asiata and Jerick McKinnon, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports. Asiata started at running back last week with Adrian Peterson deactivated and got the bulk of playing time (47 snaps to McKinnon's 23 snaps). However, with more advanced notice that Peterson will be out this week and likely most of the season, the Vikings may move to a committee system at running back or at least give McKinnon a larger role.
