The Bears are in the 30th waiver position for Kyle Orton this week. The Texans have a higher spot because their 7-3 record has come against an easier schedule. Though Orton had made it known earlier in the year that he didn't want to leave the Denver area, the Denver Post notes that his agent started talks with the Broncos once Jay Cutler went down with a thumb injury. Chicago is the one team Orton does want to join. With just $1.324 million remaining on his salary, though, another team could step in front of the Bears -- if Chicago is even interested.

i think everyone in the universe is guessing that, maybe Seattle if they wanna lock him down past this year.

I would add the Redskins and Cardinals to the ones you guys already said. I doubt the Bears though because of the way the pretty much said that Orton wasn't good enough for them before. I am sure he doesn't want to go there.

actually his agent already said he does want to.

I am almost kinda thinking that the Redskins may be the 1st destination. Elway may have released Orton just so Shanahan could claim him. I am not 100 percent sure but the Redskins have to be near the top of the waiver claims list and in need of a QB. Possibly Miami as well. they were interested in the pre-season, but Moore has been playing well so probably not.
