Rice won't be allowed to sign with NFL or CFL squads during his indefinite suspension, Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun reports.
Those organizations in need of running back help must look elsewhere, after an incriminating video of Rice emerged Monday. As for his previous employer, the Ravens will turn to Bernard Pierce, Justin Forsett, and Lorenzo Taliaferro out of the backfield.
Ray Rice will win his appeal. The NFL claimed that they suspended him indefinitely for "new evidence", if he proves that the NFL knew about the video the whole time (which the media is doing for him), then the NFL has no "new evidence" and no reason to increase his suspension. Therefore the original suspension of 2 games will be upheld, and the NFL will look stupid which it already does.
Whether or not he wins the appeal, he still has major problems. Too bad that his fiancée/wife did not file charges, since he would have to deal with PRISON, not a suspension from the league.

I am a little shocked by Ray... Seemed like a decent dude, turned out to be a crazy dritbag. However, Ben rapped a women and that blew over, Ray & Stallworth killed people and that blew over, Vick drowned dogs and everyone has forgot. There will be some small market team like the Bills that will pick him up next year when Jackson retires and Spiller walks....
No point in keeping him in keeper though... he was bad last year and no guarantee he will ever be the same.

Not only do I think he wins the suspension, I think a team picks him and does the PR campaign to get him back in the league.
I just grabbed him on waivers for my dynasty team and he is on the end of my bench.
