Polk is listed as the No. 3 running back on the Texans' depth chart coming out of Houston's Week 9 bye.

Polk worked as the backup running back behind Alfred Blue in Week 8, but he will slot in as the third-string running back this week behind both Blue and Jonathan Grimes. The Texans did not provide a reason for the depth chart change, but Polk has averaged just 3.3 yards per carry this season, so it's possible the coaching staff simply wants to give Grimes an opportunity to improve upon that.

Polk is the best back on the roster if he had the carries that blue got you would see. Has better burst and better vision
