Michael Vick and LeSean McCoy are not practicing Wednesday due to their concussions. Vick is nearing Stage 2 of his protocols and is further along than McCoy. He sat in on meetings Wednesday morning and is watching Nick Foles take the first-team reps at Wednesday's practice. Vick does have an extra day to get cleared since the Eagles play on Monday night, but owners shouldn't be holding out hope. Players still in Phase 1 are unlikely to gain medical clearance to suit up five days later.
