Matt Hasselbeck (calf) was a full participant in Titans practice for the second straight day Wednesday. Hasselbeck will be the Titans' starting quarterback against the Jaguars, but is going to have to play much better than he did in Week 15 if he doesn't want to be yanked early for backup Jake Locker. Even against Jacksonville's injury-batter secondary, Hasselbeck is a low-end QB2 for the fantasy finals.
