Jermichael Finley suffered a concussion in Green Bay's Week 3 game against the Bengals, and will not return. Finley got his neck snapped back on a head shot, though Bengals S George Iloka was leading with his shoulder, not his helmet. Finley staggered off the field, so it was never realistic to expect him to return. The Packers are now left with Andrew Quarless at tight end. Finley had yet to make a catch before going down.
