Jeremy Maclin (shoulder, hamstring) has been downgraded to out for Week 11. Maclin was never likely to suit up this week despite being listed as questionable on the injury report, and isn't guaranteed of returning in Week 12. His absence leaves DeSean Jackson as the clear No. 1 option in the Eagles' passing attack, but there's no way of knowing whom Vince Young might lock onto in his first start of 2011. Riley Cooper is expected to start in Maclin's place, leaving Jason Avant in his usual spot in the slot.
