Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer speculates that Jeremy Maclin could be expendable this offseason.
Maclin is entering the final year of his rookie contract and has yet to live up to his first-round draft status. According to McLane, some within the Eagles' organization have concerns about his ability to stay healthy, and there's a belief that he could ultimately be shopped in the offseason. With DeSean Jackson sidelined the last four games, Maclin has 24 catches for 331 yards and two touchdowns. He's likely shown enough to return with the Eagles next season.

So he has not lived up to expectations but has shown enough to return but is expendable. Wait.... Who on that team is NOT injury prone???

Right?!? And who do they replace Maclin with? Avant? Cooper?

Avant is one of the best pure slot WRs in the league.
He may be the most underrated WR in the league, honestly.
