Free agent TE Kellen Winslow failed his Patriots physical. Winslow worked out for the Pats on Tuesday, but was done in by his troublesome right knee. If the Pats had truly wanted to sign Winslow, they more than likely could have given him a passing physical. Winslow should find work at some point in 2012.

Just saw on tv that he did pass the physical but Patriots decided to go in a different direction. So who is telling the truth here?
