Free agent TE Chris Cooley's return "does not appear imminent" after a Thursday meeting with Redskins GM Bruce Allen. Coach Mike Shanahan indicated that the Redskins will keep Cooley on speed dial in case one of their tight ends goes down. "It was a good conversation," Shanahan said. "Chris is such a big part of this organization. He's looked at his options. We talked about things that could happen throughout the year."
