Free agent Chad Pennington will work as a color commentator for Fox's NFL coverage this season. Set to turn 35 on June 26, Pennington is not officially retiring, but is planning to take the entire 2011 season off as he rehabs from both shoulder and knee injuries. If he isn't convinced to put on a helmet this fall, it's likely we've seen the last of his playing days.
