ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Saturday that Michael Turner (elbow, questionable) will play versus the Panthers this week. Turner put in a full slate of limited practices this week, so it's no surprise that he's going to be out there. Although he's played less than 40 percent of the snaps in each of the past two weeks, Turner has kept his flickering light of fantasy value burning by finding the end zone in three straight games. Jacquizz Rodgers' role should do nothing but increase as Atlanta moves forward. Turner is Rotoworld's No. 30 running back for Week 14.

The last time these two teams played Turner turned it up and ran all over the Panthers. Part of what the Falcons are doing is monitoring Turners workload through the season so he'll be ready for the playoffs - As long as Rodgers is running well it affords the ATL options. 40% - 50% - 60% - the point is he is STILL their go to back to get the tough yards and in the Red Zone - Is 12-15 touches enough to keep him Fantasy relevant? We'll just have to see. I like the matchup today and for Turner to get another 75yds and a TD . . .but I just don't have room to play him w/Foster/Charles and Moreno this week . . .
