Doug Martin is the second player in NFL history to rush for at least 250 yards and score four touchdowns in one game. Denver's Mike Anderson is the only other back to accomplish the jaw-dropping feat. Martin also became the first back since 1940 to score three touchdowns on runs of at least 45 yards and easily topped the Bucs' single-game record for total yards, a mark previously set in 1983 by James Wilder. According to ESPN, Martin's 51 fantasy points in standard scoring formats were tied for the third-most since 1995, behind only outbursts from Clinton Portis and Shaun Alexander.

Had a mild panic attack after his second TD thinking that somehow maybe my lineup got messed up and this guy had mistakenly ended up on my bench somehow (don't you panic now, I checked he was in).

I expect this type performance from Martin on a weekly basis, if he doesn't get me at least 200+ yds and 2+ Td's per game, I'm gonna relegate his useless butt to the bench (end sarcastic font).

I own him in four leagues. I started him in three. In the one league I didn't start him, there are bonuses for 40+ and 50+ yard touchdowns. Suave.
