Cowboys NT Josh Brent tested positive for marijuana and is back in jail. Brent was tested for marijuana on June 19, and a positive result was confirmed on Tuesday. He was booked into Lew Sterrett Justice Center on Thursday. It's Brent's second positive test since his arrest for intoxicated manslaughter back in early December. The failed drug tests violate the terms of his release.
