Cotchery (ankle) returned to practice Tuesday, Steve Reed of The Associated Press reports.

Cotchery has been sidelined since injuring his ankle in Week 2, but it appears he is ready to resume playing coming out of the Panthers' bye week. He will likely slot back in as either the Panthers' third or fourth receiver.

now lets be honest here, Funchess sucks and Ginn is the only one doing a little more than nothing so i would expect JC to get a fair amount of snaps.
