Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak said he probably made a bad decision allowing Manning (ribs/foot) to start Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Troy Renck of the Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Manning was listed as probable for Sunday's game, but his rib injury may be worse than the Broncos initially let on. He had one of the worst passing performances in NFL history Sunday afternoon, completing five of 20 attempts for 35 yards, with no touchdowns and four interceptions. Head coach Gary Kubiak confirmed that Manning will still be the starter when healthy, though it sounds like the 39-year-old could use a week off. The Broncos face the Bears in Week 11.
He cost me a win too. I've been rolling with Rivers this year, but he was on bye. I was thinking Manning would do SOMETHING. But no. Nothing. Less than nothing actually. Luckily I'm in a decent standing in my league, but I could have won with anyone else at QB. I'm cutting him tomorrow.
