Amid speculation that he's playing hurt, Philip Rivers insisted Wednesday that he's "as healthy as I've been through six weeks."
Rivers just hasn't been himself, and we wouldn't be surprised if after the season it's revealed he suffered an injury in training camp or the preseason. His velocity is down, possibly due to a problem with one of his legs. Rivers has seven touchdown passes and nine interceptions through six games. He should comfortably be considered a QB2 until he picks it up. If he ever does.

Well if you are healthy, the WTF is your low performance problem?

He might have a bounce back week

Doubt it. He has been playing TERRIBLE! I'm considering playing Kevin Kolb instead of Rivers this week.
davante94Thu 10/27/11 11:55 AM
if you do that , you will lose
heidenreichThu 10/27/11 11:59 AM
But Rivers just hasn't put up the numbers
davante94Thu 10/27/11 12:01 PM
he havent been putting up elite numbers but his numbers are still good except these last two weeks and plus kolb dont come close to putting up numbers
heidenreichThu 10/27/11 12:03 PM
Ik. I was just considering it. But I'll probably stick with Rivers. But i need a big win this week.

Yikes... But TBH I am considering it too - lol (or maybe Hasslebeck against the Colts?)
davante94Thu 10/27/11 12:11 PM
i have rivers , vick , cj and hillis on my team and im still 4-2 , sso imagine when these players play like how they suppose to play
TheHookerThu 10/27/11 12:13 PM
Also have Rivers and CJ - they were my #1 and 2 picks (a year and a half ago in a dynasty!!!!) Not the year I was hoping for.........

I was actually 6-0 and I just lost. But i had McCoy and Welker on a bye, so i Think i'll have a huge week this week
