Although Dez Bryant has reached an agreement with the D.A.'s office to resolve the misdemeanor family charge involving his mother, NFL spokesman Greg Aiello confirms that the case will still be reviewed under the personal conduct policy.
Per Profootballtalk, the NFL's policy applies to any disposition of criminal charges other than an outright dismissal or acquittal. Bryant's attorney, Royce West, would be "astonished" if the receiver does face NFL discipline as a first-time offender. A fine is more likely than a suspension if the commissioner's office disciplines Bryant.
