Everett failed to draw a target in Monday's 20-3 win over the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
After three straight games with six or more targets, Everett's usage plummeted with little resistant posed by the opposing offense. Typically Everett has been Justin Herbert's reliable safety net, but the Colts could not contain Keenan Allen as the reliable wideout drew 10-plus targets in the first half alone. It's possible the offense could play within themselves once more in a date with the inconsistent Rams next week.

Everett corralled four of his six targets for 42 yards in the 17-14 win over the Titans on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Even with the return of Donald Parham (hamstring) from injured reserve, Everett continued to be Justin Herbert's safety valve, as Sunday saw the veteran tally his eighth game with at least four catches in his past 10 contests. Everett's yards-per-catch figures (10.2) are far from spectacular, but he's been a reliable option in a positional fantasy landscape that has been anything but. Expect a similar output in a critical game against the Colts next week.

Everett caught five of his eight targets for 28 yards in the 23-17 win Sunday over the Dolphins.
EDGE Analysis
Everett was primarily used for short-yardage dump-offs with the likes of Mike Williams and Keenan Allen stretching the field. It's encouraging to see the tight end still rack up the targets despite the return of Williams, but it's hard to imagine Everett really emerging as an obvious fantasy asset with an average depth of target under eight yards in three of the past five weeks.

Everett caught five of his six targets for 80 yards in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Raiders.
EDGE Analysis
Everett recorded the second-most receiving yards on the Chargers despite just six targets as the Raiders seemed content letting the tight end work the middle of the field. The 28-year-old is easily on pace to surpass both his career high in receiving yards (478) and receptions (48) set last year with the Seahawks, but he's failed to be much of a touchdown threat with just two total on the year. It's hard to imagine the veteran copying his season-high figures in future weeks due to the limited usage, but the Chargers' offense has been reliant on the aerial attack recently, thus making Everett a low-end fantasy play most weeks.

Everett recorded four receptions on four targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 25-24 win over the Cardinals. He also converted a two-point conversion.
EDGE Analysis
Everett was not targeted until early in the third quarter, and he was having an abysmal game until late in the final quarter. However, he tallied two receptions for 13 yards during the Chargers' touchdown drive late in the game, and he then caught the game-winning two-point conversion. Everett has recorded multiple receptions in five consecutive games, though he's topped 40 yards only once in that span.

Everett (groin) practiced fully Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Everett, who was inactive for this past Sunday's loss to the Chiefs, thus is on track to return to action this weekend against the 4-7 Cardinals, who gave up two TDs to TE George Kittle in a Week 11 loss to the 49ers. Through nine appearances to date, Everett has put together a 34-364-2 line on 55 targets, a rate of production that provides the 28-year-old with lineup utility in deeper fantasy formats.

Everett (groin) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Everett was inactive for this past Sunday's loss to the Chiefs, but his ability to practice Wednesday -- albeit in a limited fashion -- suggests that he has a chance to return to action this weekend against the Cardinals. In his absence last week, Tre' McKitty, Richard Rodgers and Stone Smartt served as the Chargers' tight end, but no members of the trio possess Everett's pass-catching upside.

Everett (groin) is expected to practice Wednesday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Everett missed Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Chiefs, but the tight end's ability to practice Wednesday bodes well for his chances of suiting up this weekend against the Cardinals. In his absence Week 11, Tre' McKitty, Richard Rodgers and Stone Smartt handled the Chargers' tight-end snaps, but Smartt was the only one to log a target.

Everett (groin) is inactive for Sunday night's game against the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
After initially approaching the weekend without an injury designation, Everett was downgraded to questionable Saturday, setting the stage for him to sit this one out. In his absence, Tre' McKitty, Richard Rodgers and Stone Smartt are available to handle the Chargers' tight end duties, with McKitty -- who caught three of his six targets for 21 yards in relief of Everett in Week 10 versus the 49ers -- seemingly poised to see an expanded role again.

Everett (groin) was added to Saturday's injury report and is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest against the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Everett failed to make it through the second quarter of Sunday's loss to the 49ers after sustaining a groin injury. The veteran tight practiced all week and was eventually cleared of the injury report, so Saturday's designation should be concerning for fantasy managers. The Chargers also activated undrafted rookie tight end Stone Smartt (undisclosed) off the NFI list, another move that could spell Everett's absence. If Everett is unable to play, Tre' McKitty or Richard Rodgers would likely see the majority of the pass-catching reps.
