Everett hauled in four of 10 targets for 50 receiving yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 37-10 win against the Falcons.
EDGE Analysis
The second-year tight end out of South Alabama burst onto the fantasy football scene with a combined 12 receptions for 180 yards and one touchdown between Weeks 4 and 5. Everett, along with the entire Rams offense, was held in check by the 49ers' stingy defense in Week 6, but Sunday against the porous Atlanta secondary Everett was once again highly involved in the passing attack. He now has eight-plus targets in three of his past four games, heading into a Week 8 matchup against a Bengals defense that did not allow a completion to a Jacksonville tight end Sunday, but gave up six catches for 99 yards to Baltimore's Mark Andrews the outing prior.

Everett caught two of five targets for nine yards during Sunday's 20-7 loss to the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
Although Everett finished second on the team in targets, he caught just two of the balls thrown his way and managed to net positive yards just once. This was a large dropoff after Everett caught 12 of 19 passes for 180 yards and a touchdown over the prior two games, but it can be attributed by a horrific showing by the passing game as a whole. This was a reminder that the tight end's role in the offense can't be taken for granted despite his recent success, even if next week's road matchup against the Falcons appears favorable on paper.

Everett secured seven of 11 targets for 136 yards in the Rams' 30-29 loss to the Seahawks on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Everett paced the Rams in receiving yards with a career-high tally, helping make up for Brandin Cooks' early exit due to a head injury. The athletic tight end's reception total was also a season-best figure, and Everett now has 12 catches (19 targets) for 180 yards and a touchdown over the last pair of contests. Given his rising profile in the offense, Everett will once again be a consideration in all formats in a Week 6 divisional battle versus the 49ers a week from Sunday.

Everett caught five of eight targets for 44 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 55-40 loss to the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
The second-quarter score was Everett's first of the season. Aside from the TD, he posted nearly identical numbers to Tyler Higbee (four catches on seven targets for 41 yards) and even when Jared Goff is forced into a shooting match, the Rams' tight ends only see half the target volume of a Cooper Kupp or Robert Woods. Everett remains on the fantasy radar in deep formats due to the offense he plays in, but for the most part he's only worth consideration as a bye-week fill-in.

Everett caught both targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 20-13 win over the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
Everett was expected to have an increased role in the Rams offense with Tyler Higbee (chest) out, but the team's wideout corps is simply too deep. Brandin Cooks, Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp garnered 32 of Jared Goff's 38 attempts, leaving Everett with short throws and 7.5 YPC. Everett now has six catches for 43 yards and zero scores this year, so he's not a top fantasy option Week 4 versus the Buccaneers even if Higbee remains out.

Everett caught three of his five targets for 21 yards during Sunday's 27-9 win over New Orleans.
EDGE Analysis
The third-year tight end should see a spike in opportunity with Tyler Higbee nursing a short-term lung injury that projects to limit his availability. Everett is athletic and owns the big-play potential to move the fantasy needle. He's recorded eight 20-yard catches, three 40-yard receptions and five touchdowns in a limited role through his first two seasons, after all.

Everett caught his only target for seven yards during Sunday's 30-27 win over Carolina.
EDGE Analysis
The athletic tight end only played 30 of 77 offensive snaps, as it was Tyler Higbee who once again started and played more (40 snaps). Higbee also caught four of five targets and scored the game-winning touchdown. It's obviously too early to write off Everett's chances of superseding Higbee, but Los Angeles also just signed Higbee to a four-year contract extension. There were plenty of positives during Everett's first two years in the league and he had a strong offseason, so while he's still currently an unreliable fantasy asset, he's a player to keep tabs on.

Everett made a strong impression throughout the offseason program, including an emphasis on improving as a blocker, Clarence Dennis of the Rams' official website reports. "I think the game's slowing down for [Everett]," coach Sean McVay said. "He's playing with some patience, he's got great aggressive hands where he can step to the football. I think you're just seeing a guy gain confidence, gain experience."
EDGE Analysis
Already the team's best pass-catching threat at tight end, Everett should push for Tyler Higbee's starting job if he narrows the gap in blocking ability. The 2017 second-round pick came on strong in the second half of last season, with 23 of his 33 receptions and all three of his touchdowns occurring in a seven-week span during November and December. The Rams used more two-TE formations during that stretch in an effort to compensate for the absence of Cooper Kupp (knee), who tentatively is expected back for Week 1 of 2019. It's difficult for the Rams tight ends to account for more than a handful of targets per game when Kupp, Brandin Cooks, Robert Woods and Todd Gurley all are available.

Everett finished without a catch on one target in a 13-3 loss to New England in the Super Bowl.
EDGE Analysis
Everett played 68 percent of snaps on offense, while fellow tight end Tyler Higbee handled 54 percent and didn't draw any targets. The Rams were fortunate to get increased production from their TE timeshare after wide receiver Cooper Kupp suffered an ACL tear in mid-November, but there's no question it was a major loss to have Kupp's targets redirected to Everett, Higbee and WR Josh Reynolds. There is some potential for Everett, a 2017 second-round pick, to take another step forward in his third pro season. Higbee has one season remaining on his rookie contract, but he simply hasn't displayed much of a ceiling in the passing game.

Everett caught two of four targets for 50 yards in Sunday's 26-23 win over New Orleans in the NFC Championship Game.
EDGE Analysis
Everett had the longest play of the day for either team, picking up 39 yards on a catch-and-run to convert a third down midway through the fourth quarter. It was a nice rebound from his zero-target outing against Dallas the previous week, buoyed by a 47-39 snap advantage over fellow tight end Tyler Higbee, who caught each of his four targets for 25 yards and a touchdown. The emergence of both players as receiving threats is one of the major reasons the Rams have bounced back to reach the Super Bowl after struggling through a late-season slump on offense in the absence of Cooper Kupp (torn ACL). Expect the timeshare to continue Feb. 3 against the Patriots.
