Doug Baldwin (ankle) was limited in Seahawks practice Wednesday. It's a new injury for Baldwin, but not one that's expected to hold him out against the 49ers. Supremely inconsistent this season, Baldwin is best avoided as a WR3 against San Francisco's elite defense.

Doug Baldwin managed one catch for 13 yards in the Seahawks' Week 15 win over the Bears. Baldwin has been incredibly inconsistent all season, so perhaps we should've anticipated a clunker on the heels of last week's 7-93-1 line. Baldwin can be a fun player to watch, but the Seahawks have shown no intentions of featuring him in the passing game. He'll be a dice-roll WR3 in Week 16.

Doug Baldwin caught seven passes for 93 yards and a touchdown in Seattle's Week 14 win over the Rams. It was one of the undrafted free agent's best games of the season, with both the yards and catches being his most since Week 5. With Sidney Rice done for the year and Golden Tate still finding his role in the Seahakws offense, Baldwin appeared to be operating as Seattle's No. 1 receiver. He's stilly only averaging 3.5 catches for 55.2 yards, but should be a solid WR3 against Chicago's 28th ranked pass defense in Week 15.

Doug Baldwin was held to 21 yards on one reception against the Eagles in Week 13. Seattle's slot receiver drew two targets on a night where Tarvaris Jackson attempted just 16 passes. Baldwin isn't going to be a recommended fantasy play next week against the Rams in another game where Seattle figures to lean on the ground attack. We'd rather roster Golden Tate in standard-scoring leagues.

The Eagles have ruled out CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (ankle) for Thursday's game against the Seahawks. Liability Joselio Hanson will likely be forced into the slot corner role once again. If we were going to take a desperation flier on a Seahawks receiver this week, it would be Doug Baldwin.

Doug Baldwin (concussion) and Sidney Rice (concussion) are both active for Sunday's game against the Rams. Not a surprise after both were listed as probable on the injury report. Rice is Rotoworld's 23rd ranked receiver for Week 11, while Baldwin is 54th. Inactive for the Seahawks are QB Josh Portis, WR Deon Butler, SS Atari Bigby, CB Ron Parker, OT James Carpenter, OT Jarriel King and DE Tony Hargrove.

Doug Baldwin (probable, concussion) practiced fully again on Friday. It became clear that Baldwin was passing his concussion tests and would play against the Rams this week when he returned to a full practice on Thursday. Another full practice means he's avoided setbacks. Rotoworld ranks the rookie slot receiver as the No. 54 overall fantasy wideout play for Week 11.

Doug Baldwin (concussion) was upgraded to full participation in Thursday's practice. Barring a setback, Baldwin will return to the slot, leaving Seattle with a full complement of receivers at St. Louis.

Doug Baldwin (concussion) was limited in Seahawks practice Wednesday. He's considered day to day for Week 11, and coach Pete Carroll believes the rookie slot receiver has a "good chance" to be active at St. Louis. Baldwin just hasn't been consistently productive enough for confident fantasy use.

Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin suffered a concussion in Sunday's win over the Ravens. Baldwin, Sidney Rice and SS Kam Chancellor all sustained concussions yesterday. They'll be in a race to get medically cleared prior to next week's game in St. Louis.
