Harty and the Ravens officially agreed on a one-year contract Sunday.

In addition to that, the Baltimore native is a candidate to fill the void created by the departure of last year's top return man, Devin Duvernay.

Harty is scheduled to visit the Ravens on Friday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Harty is the odd man out Sunday, with Andy Isabella active after having been elevated from the team's practice squad. Also in the Bills' WR mix versus Philadelphia are Stefon Diggs, Gabe Davis, Khalil Shakir and Trent Sherfield.

Harty was not targeted in the passing game and saw action on just six offensive snaps in Thursday's 24-18 win over Tampa Bay.

Shakir saw action on 45 offensive snaps, making him the clear No. 3 receiver in the offense, while fellow depth receiver Trent Sherfield saw action on 21 offensive snaps. Harty did find the end zone once in Week 6, but he hasn't had more than three catches or four targets in any game this season, keeping him in a reserve role and unusable in fantasy leagues. Harty is at least serving as the team's main punt returner, handling all 11 returns so far for 99 yards.

Harty caught his only pass for a three-yard touchdown in Sunday night's 14-9 win over the Giants.

While Harty did get his first touchdown of the season and his first as a Bill, it's worth noting the depth wideout saw action on only 15 percent of the offensive snaps. Khalil Shakir, Trent Sherfield and Harty all share the depth receiving spots behind starters Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis, but all of the aforementioned threesome have just bit roles in the offense and aren't worth rostering unless an injury were to strike one of the top two. Harty has only one game with more than 15 receiving yards this season.

Harty had a quiet day against the Dolphins on Sunday, playing just 15 of the Bills' 58 offensive snaps. The veteran wideout saw the fewest snaps of any Bills' receiver, playing behind Stefon Diggs, Gabe Davis, Trent Sherfield and Khalil Shakir. Despite him being in a high-powered offense, Harty's 21 percent snap share average is limiting his opportunities to be a consistent contributor in Buffalo. Buried on the depth chart, the 25-year-old should remain off the fantasy radar, barring injuries to Buffalo's receiver corps. Harty and the Bills are set to take on the Jaguars in Week 5.
