Murray (hamstring) is expected to play, barring a setback, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
EDGE Analysis
Even if Murray suits up, it's unclear whether he'll handle his usual heavy workload, especially with Derrick Henry healthy and running well. But odds are Murray will at least give it a go against a tough Seahawks defense, barring a setback.

Murray (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, but is "more than likely" to play, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
EDGE Analysis
While this is a positive report, Murray's status may not be known until shortly before Sunday's 4:05 ET kickoff. If Murray can't play, Derrick Henry is likely to lead the Titans' rushing attack in Week 3

Murray (hamstring) was limited at practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Jason Wolf of The Tennessean reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though Murray has not been ruled out for Sunday's contest, Wolf suspects that Derrick Henry is a candidate to lead the Titans' rushing attack in Week 3. Added clarity on Murray's status may not arrive until shortly before Sunday's 4:05 ET kickoff, but at this stage, he's looking like a risky roll in fantasy lineups. In the event that he's scratched Sunday, the bruising Henry looks like an upside play after logging 14 carries for 92 yards and a TD against the Jaguars in Week 2.

Coach Mike Mularkey relayed Thursday that he's hopeful Murray (hamstring) will practice Friday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Murray worked on the treadmill during Thursday's practice, per Cameron Wolfe of ESPN.com, but what he's able to do (or not do) Friday will go a long way toward determining the veteran back's chances of suiting up Sunday against the Seahawks. An uptick in carries awaits Derrick Henry in the event that Murray is out or limited at all in Week 3.

Murray (hamstring) remains day-to-day as Sunday's game against the Seahawks approaches.
EDGE Analysis
Murray did not practice Wednesday, setting the stage for his status to monitored closely in the coming days. ESPN's Cameron Wolfe relayed after Wednesday's session that coach Mike Mularkey indicated that he was hopeful that Murray would be available this weekend. If the veteran back doesn't to suit up or is limited Sunday, Derrick Henry would see added work at running back for the Titans.

Titans coach Mike Mularkey said Monday that Murray (hamstring) is considered day-to-day, Paul Kuharsky of 104.5 The Zone reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mularkey also said he still views Murray and Derrick Henry as a clear starter/backup situation. Henry took full advantage of Murray's absence in the second half of Sunday's 37-16 win over the Jaguars, finishing with a career-high 92 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. Combined with Murray's inefficient production through two games, the performance might have led to speculation about Henry taking over as the lead back. While it seems that won't happen unless Murray misses time, the former Heisman winner has at least made a clear case to handle a sizable share of the rushing workload. Murray's hamstring doesn't sound serious without context, but it's concerning to see him aggravated the same injury that bothered throughout much of August.

Coach Mike Mularkey revealed after Sunday's 37-16 win over the Jaguars that Murray is dealing with a tight hamstring, Jason Wolf of The Tennesseanreports.
EDGE Analysis
Wolf notes that Murray took a seat in the third quarter of Sunday's contest, with the game well in hand. Murray's on-field limitations helped facilitate Derrick Henry's career-high 92 yards (to go along with a TD) on 14 carries. Murray's status is thus worth monitoring closely as Week 3's home game against the Seahawks approaches.

Murray, who has just 12 rushing attempts in Week 1, could get increased volume in Week 2 against the Jaguars, Jason Wolf of The Tennessean reports.
EDGE Analysis
Titans coaches discussed the ground game leading up to the Jaguars game this weekend. Head coach Mike Mularkey indicated the team needs "to run it more if we can," while offensive coordinator Terry Robiskie was less concerned with volume than being effective when they do run. Empirical evidence sides with Mularkey on this point. The Titans have a 3-13 record when quarterback Marcus Mariota attempts more than 30 passes in a game -- he threw 41 times in Week 1 loss to the Raiders -- and 8-4 when he throws fewer than 30 times. If the Titans can dictate the flow of the game, look for Murray and Derrick Henry to garner more attempts against the Jaguars.

Murray rushed 12 times for 44 yards and caught both of his targets for 16 more in Sunday's Week 1 loss to the Raiders.
EDGE Analysis
Murray didn't see much action in a 26-16 defeat that his team never led. Second-year backup Derrick Henry was also involved, gaining 25 yards on six carries. Owners of the 29-year-old Murray should start to seriously worry if he doesn't pick things up next week in Jacksonville, as he was held below 50 rushing yards only four times last season.

Murray, who was slowed by a hamstring injury early in the preseason, said he's "ready to go" for Week 1 against the Raiders, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Murray had a couple of full weeks of practice following his lone preseason appearance against the Bears, telling Wyatt he feels fresh leading up to the regular-season opener at home. He was a big part of the Titans' offense last season and figures once again to be a featured option, however, the organization has taken pains to add more weapons in the passing game for rising star quarterback Marcus Mariota. How those additional weapons impact Murray's production in 2017 will play itself out, but fantasy owners shouldn't worry too much about last season's leading rusher in the AFC.
