Parry was released by the Patriots on Friday, Nick Underhill of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Parry has seen the field in just four games over the last two years as he's struggled to carve out a role for himself with any team. He's now a free agent after his release.

Parry signed a reserve/future contract with the Patriots on Wednesday, per the league's official transaction log.
EDGE Analysis
Parry was a starter for the Colts just two seasons ago, but he hasn't been able to make a name for himself in either New Orleans or Minnesota over the past two seasons. He'll now get an offseason to carve out a reserve role with the Patriots in advance of the 2019 campaign.

Parry was waived by the Vikings on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
This will mark the second time Parry has been waived by the Vikings this season. He will likely again revert to their practice squad assuming he clears waivers. He was let go in order to boost depth on the offensive line.

Parry signed with the Vikings' 53-man roster Tuesday, Craig Peters of Vikings.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Parry was originally waived by Minnesota on Sept. 19th, but was signed back after the team placed rookie Mike Hughes (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday. The former Stanford standout has already played two games with Minnesota this season, accumulating two tackles (one solo) and one sack. Parry could face a tough competition for snaps, as Minnesota has a loaded depth chart at defensive tackle.

Parry was cut by the Vikings on Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Parry was the odd man out on Minnesota's roster after the team signed veteran Tom Johnson earlier this week. Though Parry managed to log a sack on Aaron Rodgers in Week 2, the backup defensive tackle doesn't seem to have shown enough to stick with the team. Considering his experience as a starter, it shouldn't be difficult for Parry to latch on with another club in the future.

Parry is preparing for a backup role at defensive tackle, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Showing no signs of the ankle injury that landed him on injured reserve last September, Parry has appeared to be a good fit in Mike Zimmer's defense throughout the spring workout program. The veteran's backup status is no inditement of his talent playing behind Linval Joseph and Sheldon Richardson, though. After all, the veteran was a 16-game starter for the Colts in 2015 and 2016. The likely reason Minnesota got him for cheap this spring -- Parry is playing on a one-year, minimum-salary contract in 2018 -- is that the defensive tackle is rehabbing his market value in the wake of a February 2017 arrest that drew Parry a four-game suspension last season. Parry has since satisfied said suspension, and is good to go for the start of the upcoming campaign.

Parry has signed with the Vikings, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Parry landed on injured reserve with an ankle issue after playing just three snaps last season and was later handed a four-game suspension. However, that has been served and he will be eligible to rejoin the action to start the 2018 campaign. The 26-year-old has a history of production and should provide some key depth for the Vikings.

Parry's (ankle) was officially reinstated Monday after serving his four-game suspension.
EDGE Analysis
Though he was still docked four paychecks stemming from a February arrest in Arizona, Parry didn't miss any actual games due to the suspension, as the Saints had already placed him on season-ending injured reserve due to the ankle issue. Parry, who will become a restricted free agent this offseason, is eligible to play at the start of the 2018 campaign.

Parry (ankle) has received a four-game suspension for his February arrest when he was a member of the Colts, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
EDGE Analysis
Parry, who's currently on the Saints' injured reserve list, will have served the entirety of his four-game suspension by the end of the 2017 regular season as Rapoport also notes that Thursday's loss to the Falcons counts as one of the four games. This renders Parry's suspension essentially meaningless as he already resides on the IR, unable to play in these four games due to his ankle injury.

Parry (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Herbie Teope of the New Orleans Times Picayune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Parry suffered this injury against the Panthers on Sunday -- he played just three snaps in his season debut. He assisted on one tackle before leaving the game, and he wasn't expected to be deployed much this season. In his absence, expect David Onyemata to slot in as a reserve defensive tackle.
