The 2022 seventh-round pick out of Montana State began last season on injured reserve and missed the first 11 games of the year. Hardy did appear in the final six games of Los Angeles' campaign, recording four tackles. He'll be on the lookout for a new team ahead of the coming season.

The Rams activated Hardy (ankle) from their injured reserve list Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus Seattle.

EDGE Analysis

After missing the entirety of his rookie season up to this point, Hardy could be on track to make his NFL debut in Week 13 versus the Seahawks. And with the Rams quite thin at outside linebacker, he could be asked to fill a significant role right away.

Hardy suffered an ankle injury during Week 2 of the preseason and was placed on IR ahead of the regular season. When available, Hardy could stand to serve an immediate role at outside linebacker after the Rams also waived Justin Hollins on Nov. 22.
