EDGE Analysis
Peters was elevated from the practice squad for Week 5 and made his season debut, recording four tackles across 25 defensive snaps. The veteran defensive tackle has played in 153 career games, including 14 appearances with the Cardinals last season, and figures to garner a solid role along the Jaguars' defensive line moving forward.

Peters (shoulder) is active for Sunday's matchup against the Seahawks, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Peters managed only a limited practice Friday after failing to practice earlier in the week. Even so, he'll be ready for Sunday's matchup and should continue to see a rotational role along Arizona's defensive line. Peters has yet to record more than two tackles in any contest this season.

Peters tested positive for COVID-19 and was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Peters has served as a rotational lineman along the Cardinals' defensive front, tallying a total of six tackles across five games. He could also be in danger of missing the team's Week 7 contest against the Texans, depending on how quickly he can pass through the league's health protocols. Jonathan Ledbetter was promoted from the practice squad to fill in for Peters.

Peters (kneecap) signed a contract with the Cardinals on Monday, Darren Urban of AZCardinals.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Peters previously worked out with the team and will be rewarded with a one-year deal. He was placed on the injured list in November of 2020 due to a torn patellar tendon but has since been cleared for action. Peters figures to start at nose tackle for the Cardinals in 2021.

The Cardinals placed Peters (kneecap) on injured reserve Thursday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Kliff Kingsbury told reporters Wednesday that Peters was ruled out of the remainder of the season due to a torn patellar tendon, so this news isn't surprising. The veteran is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, so he'll look to get healthy and earn a new contract.

Coach Kliff Kingsbury said Wednesday that Peters (kneecap) is done for the year, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Peters has been a regular starter along Arizona's defensive line since joining the team back in 2016, but a torn patellar tendon sustained during last Sunday's win over the Bills will now end his season prematurely. The 32-year-old is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent in 2021.

Peters won't return to Sunday's game against the Bills after being carted off with a knee injury.
EDGE Analysis
This is a potentially serious injury, and it's a big loss for the Cardinals' defensive front. Trevon Coley likely will fill the void at nose tackle moving forward. The Cardinals play Thursday against the Seahawks, so Peters will aim for a quick recovery for a crucial divisional matchup.
