Davis hauled in three of his four targets for 44 yards in Week 3 against Jacksonville.
EDGE Analysis
Davis made a highlight-reel, one-handed catch in the game, but he was otherwise quiet in the Titans' Week 3 defeat. He has now seen no more than five targets in all three games this season, and has just six receptions for 82 yards on the campaign. It's been a disappointing start to the season for Davis, who was out-targeted by A.J. Brown, Adam Humphries and Delanie Walker on Thursday. On a more positive note, the team will shift to a dome setting for their Week 4 contest against Atlanta, which could result in a faster-paced game and more targets for Davis.

Davis caught three of five targets for 38 yards during Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
It was an improvement over Week 1's catchless debut, but not exactly a WR1-level performance for Davis against a division opponent as the Titans pass offense in general struggled. In 29 career contest, the former top-five pick has just six games in which he picked up more than 60 receiving yards. Next up is division rival Jacksonville on Thursday night.

Davis did not record a reception on three targets in the team's Week 1 victory over the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
Davis was overshadowed by both Delanie Walker and rookie receiver A.J. Brown in the team's season-opening contest. Perhaps most troubling for Davis was his lack of targets -- he finished fourth in the team -- as compared to the 2018 season when he finished with a 26.4 percent target share. However, the Titans improved their pass-catching depth through free agency, the draft, and players returning from injury, which could spell trouble for Davis in terms of volume throughout the season. He'll look to get more involved in the team's Week 2 contest against the Colts.

Davis hauled in one of three targets, with his lone reception going for a 20-yard gain during Saturday's 22-17 loss to New England.
EDGE Analysis
Davis has established himself as a deep threat since coming out of Western Michigan as a top-five draft choice, with nearly 20 percent of his career receptions going for 20-plus yards. In 2018 alone, Davis had 15 catches of 20 or more yards, comprising just under half of Marcus Mariota's completions of the same distance. He's a burner, but the question remains as to whether he can account for the requisite number of receptions and touchdowns to be a weekly stalwart in lineups. To this point in his career, Davis has averaged fewer than 3.7 catches per game, with four scores in 27 appearances.

Davis is not in uniform for Thursday's preseason game against the Eagles, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis is among a slew on NFL starters being rested in their team's preseason openers Thursday. The next chance the Titans' top wideout has to play in a game arrives Aug. 17 versus the Patriots.

Davis made several plays downfield, including a diving catch, on the third day of team's training camp Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis was noted for making a touchdown catch as well as beating Adoree Jackson on another route. Wyatt specifically noted that Davis displayed improved body control, something he worked on in the offseason. While it's easy to get overly invested in training camp news, it sounds as if Davis has impressed in the first week, showing a connection with Marcus Mariota.

Davis displayed improved body control during offseason practices, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis emphasized the ability to better control his body this offseason, and that work appears to be paying dividends. Wyatt noted that he made several catches up high through minicamp, utilizing his 6-foot-3 frame. Davis took a step forward in 2018 -- his second NFL season -- catching 65 passes for 891 yards and four touchdowns. With more consistent quarterback play and improvement of his own, Davis could be ready to live up to his status as the fifth overall pick in the 2017 draft.

Davis (hamstring) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game against the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
Davis has tended to hamstring injuries for stretches of both of his two pro seasons, but despite being limited Thursday and Friday this week, he's set to play in the regular-season finale. In two prior matchups with the Colts, he combined for six catches (on eight targets) for 69 yards and no touchdowns.

Davis (hamstring) was limited at practice Thursday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis was not listed on the Titans' injury report Wednesday, so his addition to it Thursday makes the wideout's status worth monitoring leading up to Sunday night's game against the Colts, a matchup that will determine Tennessee's postseason fate.

Davis caught three passes (five targets) for 45 yards and also rushed once for one yard in Saturday's 25-16 win over the Redskins.
EDGE Analysis
It was another quiet fantasy day from Davis, who hasn't surpassed 50 receiving yards or caught a touchdown since Week 13. A big part of his downturn in production has been the team's focus on getting Derrick Henry going on the ground. That strategy has resulted in four consecutive wins, saving Tennessee's season, so don't expect the run-heavy gameplan to change against the Colts in Week 17. Davis is best left as a deep-league option for the final week of the regular season.
