Palmer is feared to have torn his ACL in Sunday's game against the Rams, according to both NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Fox Sports 910's Mike Jurecki. Palmer is slated to undergo tests to confirm the nature of his injury, but for now, coach Bruce Arians indicated that the Cardinals won't know the QB's status going forward until he undergoes an MRI, Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic reports. In any case, Drew Stanton, who took over for Palmer on Sunday, appears to be in line for another stint as the Cardinals' starting signal-caller.

Palmer was carted off the field in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Rams after suffering a left knee injury. The Cardinals indicated that Palmer is questionable to return to the contest, but such an outcome seems unlikely. With Palmer hobbled, Drew Stanton is in at QB for the Cardinals.

Palmer signed a three-year contract extension with Arizona on Friday. The terms of the deal weren't disclosed, but it keeps Palmer locked up through the 2017 season. He has 35 touchdowns compared to 24 interceptions in 21 career games for coach Bruce Arians, and his effectiveness of late indicates he's over the shoulder nerve issue that caused him to miss time earlier this year.

Palmer completed 22 of 34 passes for 249 yards, with three touchdowns and one interception Sunday against the Cowboys. Palmer connected with eight different receivers, throwing touchdown passes to Andre Ellington, John Carlson and Jaron Brown. He has now thrown for multiple touchdowns in every game he's played in this season, and he'll look to keep the streak going in Week 11 against the Rams.

Palmer completed 20-of-42 passes for 329 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's exciting 24-20 win over Philadelphia. Palmer wasn't having a very efficient or effective game, until he tossed a 75-yard touchdown to rookie John Brown with 1:21 remaining in the game, giving the Cardinals the lead for good. On a very positive note, Palmer took a bunch of shots down the field, showing that his previously ailing shoulder is in fine condition. He'll face the Cowboys next week, in what should be a huge NFC showdown.

Palmer completed 22-of-31 passes for 253 yards with two touchdowns and one interception during Sunday's win at Oakland. The second-quarter pick was the Cardinals' first of the season, ending a streak of 195 passes without an interception to start the 2014 campaign. Meanwhile, Palmer is setting a precedent in a Cardinal uniform, as he's recorded multiple touchdowns in all three appearances this year, and 11 of his past 15 overall. He especially handled five-plus pass rushers effectively Sunday, completing 8-of-9 passes for 79 yards and both scores on the day. With a favorable matchup in store next Sunday -- the Eagles have yielded two-plus touchdown strikes on five occasions this season -- Palmer is again a sneaky fantasy play.

Palmer (shoulder) is listed as active Sunday in Oakland, Mark Dalton of the Cardinals' official site reports. Palmer logged his first full practice Friday since Week 1, when he sustained the nerve issue that has plagued his second campaign with the Cardinals. With a friendly matchup on tap -- the Raiders have allowed 275 passing yards per game and six total touchdown passes over the past three outings -- he'll look to resume his union with the wideout trio of Larry Fitzgerald, Michael Floyd (groin), and John Brown (hamstring).

Palmer (shoulder) is probable for Sunday's game against Oakland. Palmer was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday, but he logged a full showing Friday. While he might not be an ideal fantasy start in most formats, Palmer's return to the field is very reassuring for the fantasy values of all of Michael Floyd, Larry Fitzgerald and John Brown.

Palmer (shoulder) was again limited in practice Thursday, the Cardinals' official site reports. You'll want to monitor Palmer up until game time Sunday if you are planning to start him this week against the Raiders, but the Cardinals have not given any indication that they think he might miss the game. Oakland ranks 11th against the pass, but don't let the ranking fool you - the Raiders have surrendered 591 yards and five touchdowns through the air over their last two games.

Palmer (shoulder) practiced in a limited, rather than full, capacity Wednesday, the Cardinals' official site reports. Coach Bruce Arians said prior to practice that Palmer would be a "full go" this week, but the statement didn't translate to his activity level. It's unclear how much work Palmer was able to fit in, but at the very least, he must have completed the individual portions. Consequently, his status should be monitored closely as the week draws to a close.
