Sun 12/28/25 6:21 PM

Ward completed 21 of 40 passes for 251 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions while rushing twice for 10 yards in the Titans' 34-26 loss to the Saints on Sunday. He also committed two fumbles, losing one.
EDGE Analysis
Ward and the Titans came out on the losing end yet again, but the rookie first overall pick crossed the 250-yard mark through the air for the fifth time in his nascent career while also throwing a pair of touchdown passes for the fourth straight contest. Ward has thrown just a single interception in that span and none in the last three games, although his late first-half fumble Sunday was returned 33 yards for a touchdown by Chase Young. Ward's scoring strikes went to Chig Okonkwo (43 yards) and Elic Ayomanor (seven yards) in the second quarter, and he'll aim to keep his connection with his two talented targets going in a Week 18 road matchup against the Jaguars.

Sun 12/21/25 6:56 PM

Ward completed 21 of 28 passes for 228 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 26-9 win over Kansas City. he added nine rushing yards on four carries.
EDGE Analysis
The rookie QB tossed multiple scores for the third straight game, finding Chig Okonkwo for a seven-yard TD in the second quarter and Chimere Dike for a one-yard touchdown in the third. More importantly, Ward led the Titans to their first win at home since Week 9 of last season. With a 6:1 TD:INT over the last three games -- equaling his touchdown total from the prior 10 games combined -- Ward appears to be taking a big step forward in his development heading into a Week 17 clash with the Saints.

Mon 12/15/25 2:40 AM

Ward completed 18 of 29 passes for 170 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 37-24 loss to the 49ers. He added one rush for two yards.
EDGE Analysis
Ward was able to move the Titans' offense for much of the game, as he led two scoring drives in the first half and got the team into field-goal range on a third possession. He was helped by a relatively effective run game, though Ward also completed four passes of at least 15 yards in the first two quarters -- including a 34-yard touchdown strike to Gunnar Helm. Most importantly, Ward did not take a sack and also did not turn the ball over, keeping the unit on schedule. It still wasn't an overly impressive stat line, but Ward now has multiple touchdowns in consecutive games after failing to achieve that in his first 12 games as a pro.

Sun 12/7/25 10:02 PM

Ward completed 14 of 28 passes for 117 yards with two touchdowns and one interception while adding two carries for four yards in the Titans' 31-29 win over the Browns on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
The Titans clawed their way to their third win of the season Sunday, and Ward did contribute with 14- and five-yard scoring tosses to Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike. While that marked the first multi-touchdown effort of Ward's career, the rookie first overall pick also posted his third-lowest completion percentage of the season and recorded just one completion of 20-plus yards. Ward now has four sub-200-yard tallies in his last five games, an unfavorable pattern he'll look to snap in a Week 15 road matchup against the 49ers next Sunday.

QB TEN (10)
Sun 11/30/25 9:21 PM

Ward completed 24 of 38 passes for 141 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 25-3 loss to the Jaguars. He added one rush for seven yards.
EDGE Analysis
Ward entered Sunday's game having strung together a few positive performances, but his momentum came to an end in the Titans' Week 13 loss. His longest completion of the day went for only 16 yards, and only five of his completions went for double-digit yards. That left him without a touchdown while averaging just 3.7 yards per attempt -- his lowest mark of the campaign. The lone positive to take from the performance was that Ward didn't turn the ball over, but it was an ugly showing overall.

Mon 11/17/25 12:45 AM

Ward completed 24 of 37 passes for 194 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions while rushing three times for 33 yards in the Titans' 16-13 loss to the Texans on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.
EDGE Analysis
Ward was serviceable coming out of his first NFL bye week, and the fact he lost Calvin Ridley to a season-ending fibula injury and Chimere Dike to a chest contusion within Sunday's game certainly didn't help his cause. Additionally, Ward was navigating a talented and aggressive Texans defense that sacked him three times and consistently pressured him. The rookie first overall pick did connect with Van Jefferson for a four-yard game-tying touchdown at the 1:35 mark of the fourth quarter, but that play was preceded by Ward's fumble early in the period that led to a Texans field goal. Ward will head into another unenviable home matchup against the Seahawks in Week 12 working with a short-handed pass-catching corps yet again.

Mon 11/3/25 12:34 AM

Ward completed 12 of 21 passes for 145 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Chargers. He added two rushes for six yards.
EDGE Analysis
Ward continues to turn in mixed performances, and there were some positive takeaways in Sunday's loss despite his modest stat line. He completed three passes of at least 20 yards and also didn't turn the ball over for the first time this season. Despite those steps forward, Ward still isn't a strong fantasy option as he has yet to tally multiple touchdowns in a game this season.

Sun 10/26/25 10:50 PM

Ward completed 22 of 38 pass attempts for 259 yards, one touchdown and one interception while taking two carries for four yards in Sunday's 38-14 loss to the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
Ward threw his fifth touchdown pass of the season Sunday, but he maintained a TD/INT below 1.0 after throwing the sixth pick of his rookie campaign. The first-overall pick has shown marginal improvements in the two games following the firing of head coach Brian Callahan, throwing for over 250 yards in both contests. Ward still hasn't had that breakout game to excite fantasy managers through eight weeks, making him a low-end option against the Rams in Week 9.

Sun 10/19/25 10:59 PM

Ward completed 25 of 34 passes for 255 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 31-13 loss to the Patriots. He also lost a fumble.
EDGE Analysis
Ward turned in the most efficient game of his career, averaging 7.5 yards per attempt. He also showed rapport with fellow rookie Chimere Dike, connecting on a 38-yard score late in the first quarter on a deep ball to the left corner of the end zone -- one of his four completions of at least 15 yards. There were still plenty of problems with the performance, including a pair of turnovers and five sacks, highlighting Ward's inconsistency.

Sun 10/12/25 8:37 PM

Ward completed 26 of 38 pass attempts for 222 yards, one touchdown and one interception Sunday. He did not record a rushing attempt and lost two fumbles in the 20-10 loss to the Raiders.
EDGE Analysis
Ward had Tennessee's offense in shambles out of the gates Sunday, leading six first-half drives that resulted in four punts and two turnovers (both charged to Ward). The rookie signal-caller finally woke up in the fourth quarter, but a third and final turnover thwarted any plans for a comeback. Ward managed to end a scoreless drought lasting two weeks, but he still has more interceptions thrown (four) than touchdowns (three) through six starts. The Titans are looking like a work in progress in Ward's first season as a pro, so fantasy managers should look for safer options in Week 7.
