Otton secured seven of nine targets for 94 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 16-14 win over the Panthers on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Otton comfortably set the pace for the Buccaneers in receptions, receiving yards and targets, and the middle figure was also a new season high. The fourth-year pro delivered multiple key catches, including an 18-yard TD grab to open the scoring in the first quarter, as well as a 20-yard reception just before the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter that helped Tampa Bay burn some precious time while nursing a two-point lead. Otton's touchdown was his first of the season, and he finished the 2025 regular-season campaign with a career-high-tying 59 receptions and the second-highest receiving yardage total of his four seasons (572).

Otton caught all four of his targets for 33 yards in the Bucs' loss to the Dolphins on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
It marked Otton's highest yardage output since Week 10, but the tight end remains scoreless on the season. With all of the Bucs' wideouts healthy, Otton's a low-floor, low-ceiling fantasy bet ahead of next Sunday's Week 18 date with the Panthers. Otton caught just two passes for 15 yards on two targets against Carolina in Week 16.

Otton recorded two catches for 15 yards on two targets in Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
With the Tampa Bay pass-catching corps recently getting healthier with the returns of Mike Evans and Jalen McMillan from injured reserve, Otton appears set to occupy a more muted role in the aerial attack moving forward. Otton has drawn four targets or fewer in each of the Buccaneers' last three games, producing seven catches for 43 yards during that stretch. The lack of reliable target volume makes Otton tough to rely upon in fantasy lineups heading into Tampa Bay's Week 17 matchup with the Dolphins.

Otton (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
Otton missed his first game of the season in last week's loss to the Falcons while he battled the knee injury, but after following up a limited practice Wednesday with a full session Thursday, the fourth-year tight end should be in the clear to play Sunday at Carolina. With the Buccaneers recently getting receivers Mike Evans and Jalen McMillan back from long-term absences due to injury, Otton will likely find himself further down in the passing-game hierarchy now that he's healthy again.

Otton (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Otton was unable to suit up for last Thursday's loss to the Falcons, but he could have a more realistic shot at taking the field for Sunday's key divisional matchup against the Panthers. However, with Mike Evans (collarbone) and Jalen McMillan both having returned to the lineup Week 15, joining wide receivers Emeka Egbuka and Chris Godwin, there may not be enough targets left up for grabs for Otton to make much of an impact in the receiving game, even if healthy.

Otton (knee) is listed as inactive Thursday versus the Falcons.
EDGE Analysis
Otton opened Week 15 prep with back-to-back DNPs before returning as a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a knee injury, but his doubtful listing for Thursday's game indicated he was trending toward an absence, which now has been confirmed. Tampa Bay will entrust TE duties to Payne Durham and Devin Culp this week, while Otton's next chance to play is Sunday, Dec. 21 at Carolina.

Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said Wednesday that Otton (knee) is considered doubtful for Thursday's game against the Falcons, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Otton was labeled a non-participant on Tampa Bay's first two injury reports of Week 15, and it appears he's trending in the wrong direction for Thursday's contest against Atlanta. Payne Durham will figure to step up as the Buccaneers' top tight end if Otton is unable to suit up for Thursday Night Football. It's a positive development, at the very least, that Otton returned to practice as a limited participant Wednesday, as Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

Otton (knee) did not participate at the Buccaneers' walkthrough practice Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Otton has now been considered a non-participant at each of Tampa Bay's first two team sessions of the week, placing some doubt on his status for Week 15. The tight end will have one more chance to participate Wednesday before the team squares off with the Falcons on Thursday Night Football. If Otton can't play, Payne Durham would stand to operate as the team's top tight end versus Atlanta.

Otton (knee) was listed as a non-participant on Monday's practice estimate, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Buccaneers held a walk-through practice Monday, so a more accurate read on Otton's chances of playing Thursday night against the Falcons should arrive via Tuesday's practice report. Over his last three games, the tight end -- who has yet to score a TD this season -- has averaged three catches, while compiling a total of 49 yards in that span.

Otton brought in three of four targets for 19 yards in the Buccaneers' 24-20 loss to the Saints on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Baker Mayfield slogged through a 14-for-30, 122-yard day in the rainy conditions, and Otton's production reflected the low-volume day for the air attack. The fourth-year tight end's strong mid-season run of production increasingly feels like a distant memory, as Otton has recorded 28 or fewer receiving yards each of his last four games heading into a Week 15 home matchup against the Falcons on Thursday night.
