Bowers caught his only target for 28 yards in an exhibition loss to the 49ers on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Bowers logged only one offensive snap in Las Vegas' first preseason contest Aug. 7, but he got more run against San Francisco. The second-year tight end's lone catch was a beauty -- he went up for a heave from Geno Smith that was contested by a 49ers defender and came down with the ball for a 28-yard gain. After setting an NFL rookie record with 112 receptions last year, Bowers figures to be Smith's top target in 2025, and he's arguably fantasy's most alluring tight-end option.

Bowers (undisclosed) is practicing Saturday, Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's not clear what caused Bowers to miss practice Friday, but it's possible he was just getting a rest day. Now that he's back at practice, fantasy managers should have no concerns about his status moving forward. Bowers has been the top tight end off the board in fantasy drafts after recording an NFL rookie record for receptions with 112 while accumulating 1,194 receiving yards and five touchdowns last year.

Though Bowers (undisclosed) was present for practice Friday, he didn't participate in the session, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
At this stage, there's been no report of an injury, so it's possible Friday was simply a rest day for Bowers. As the coming season approaches, the 2024 first-rounder is bound to remain a focal point of a Raiders passing attack now helmed by QB Geno Smith, with the tight end out of Georgia currently viewed as the consensus No. 1 option at his position in fantasy rankings.

Bowers recorded four receptions on nine targets for 50 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-20 loss to the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
Bowers was unable to record his first catch until early in the third quarter, and the majority of his production came in garbage time on the Raiders' final offensive possession. Nevertheless, he managed to tally the fifth touchdown of his rookie season and reached at least 50 receiving yards for the fourth time in seven games since the Raiders' bye in Week 10. Bowers ends his incredible campaign with the most receptions by a rookie in NFL history (112) and the most yardage (1,194) by a rookie tight end in league history.

Bowers caught all seven of his targets for 77 yards in Sunday's 25-10 win over the Saints.
EDGE Analysis
In the process, Bowers set three different records. His 108 catches on the season is a high-water mark for any Raider, breaking the record set by Darren Waller in 2020. Bowers also set an NFL rookie receptions mark, besting Puka Nacua's 105 catches from last year. Most impressively, Bowers' 1,144 receiving yards is the most in NFL history by a rookie tight end, breaking the record held by Mike Ditka since 1961. Bowers will have one more game to add to his historic totals, as he's set to take on the Chargers in Week 18.

Bowers recorded 11 receptions on 13 targets for 99 yards in Sunday's 19-14 win over the Jaguars.
EDGE Analysis
Bowers benefitted from the return of Aidan O'Connell, drawing 13 targets on O'Connell's 38 attempts. He was largely limited to short gains, though he did log a pair of catches that went for 32 and 17 yards. Bowers impressively topped 1,000 receiving yards with the performance and has quickly emerged as an elite pass-catching tight end during his rookie campaign despite subpar quarterback play.

Bowers finished with three receptions (on six targets) for 35 yards in Monday's 15-9 loss to the Falcons.
EDGE Analysis
Bowers saw his usage suppressed for the second week in a row, also finishing below 50 yards receiving for the third time in four contests. Backup tight end Michael Mayer (1-11-0) didn't cut into the starter's workload like we saw Week 14, so the low usage was a result of the Raiders' game plan against Atlanta. Despite his recent dry spell, Bowers is a tremendous talent who is worth starting Week 16 against Jacksonville on Sunday.

Bowers brought in three of five targets for 49 yards in the Raiders' 28-13 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also rushed once for three yards.
EDGE Analysis
Bowers came into the game with a pair of 100-yard tallies in the previous three contests and was facing a defense that had been vulnerable to tight ends all season. However, Bowers was largely contained by the Buccaneers, with fellow tight end Michael Mayer doing the majority of the damage at the position with a 7-68 line on nine targets. Bowers did turn in a 25-yard catch, and his final reception of the day, a 12-yard grab with 27 seconds remaining, vaulted him into the record books for most receptions by a rookie tight end (87). Bowers next takes aim at the vulnerable Falcons defense in a Week 15 home matchup Monday night, Dec. 16.

Bowers secured 10 of 14 targets for 140 yards and a touchdown in the Raiders' 19-17 loss to the Chiefs on Friday. He also rushed once for two yards.
EDGE Analysis
Bowers led the Raiders across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets, with the middle total also serving as a new career high. The performance served as Bowers' second 100-yard game and third with double-digit receptions, and the rookie first-round pick added his fourth touchdown catch of the campaign on a 33-yard grab late in the third quarter. Bowers also made a clutch 25-yard reception on Las Vegas' final drive, and he carries an immense fantasy ceiling in all formats heading into a Week 14 road matchup against the Buccaneers on Sunday, Dec. 8.

Bowers caught four of 10 targets for 38 yards in Sunday's 29-19 loss to the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
While the rookie tight end saw double-digit targets for the second straight game and the fifth time this season, Bowers wasn't able to do much with the volume, posting his lowest yardage total since Week 4. Bowers' role in the Raiders' passing game is secure, but it's not clear who will be throwing him the ball in Week 13 against Kansas City -- Gardner Minshew (collarbone) was lost for the season Sunday, and Aidan O'Connell (thumb) may not be ready to come off IR.
