Brackett (knee) was waived by the Titans on Friday, Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean reports. Brackett, a 27-year-old former UDFA, spent time with the Titans and Seahawks last season. He was active for eight games but didn't catch a pass.

The Titans placed Brackett (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday. Brackett will miss the rest of the season due to the knee injury he suffered recently. Matthew Mulligan was signed to take Brackett's place on the roster.
