Magee was waived by the Buccaneers on Wednesday. Magee spent most of 2014 as a contributor on special teams, making nine tackles with just one on defense. His season ended in Week 14 following a pectoral issue, and he's spending the spring as part of the Red Sox's training camp, joining the team's minor-league camp Wednesday.
