Nix completed 14 of 23 pass attempts for 141 yards while taking eight carries for 49 yards in Sunday's 19-3 win over the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
Nix put his athleticism on display against the Chargers by rushing for his most yards (49) in a single game this season. The 25-year-old fell short as a passer when he was held without a touchdown pass for the third time in 17 starts. The surging sophomore leaned on his defense and special teams to secure victory Sunday, a win that earned Denver the AFC's No. 1 seed and a first-round bye for the upcoming playoff schedule. Nix finishes the regular season completing 63 percent of his pass attempts for 3,931 yards, 25 touchdowns and 11 interceptions while producing a 83-356-5 line on the ground. The Broncos will now await the results of the wild-card round before preparing for their opponent in the divisional round on either Jan. 17 or 18.

Nix completed 26 of 38 passes for 182 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Thursday's 20-13 win over the Chiefs. He added nine rushes for 42 yards and an additional touchdown.
EDGE Analysis
The Broncos ran a conservative offense while facing Kansas City's third-string quarterback, which served to limit Nix's passing output. He managed only one completion of more than 20 yards, and he struggled to make any deep connections with Courtland Sutton even when given the chance. The end result was that he averaged just 4.8 yards per attempt -- his lowest mark since Week 9. Nix still had a decent fantasy performance thanks to a nine-yard rushing score late in the third quarter. Overall, Nix has accounted for multiple touchdowns in only two of his last seven games, though he has surpassed 300 passing yards three times in that span.

Nix completed 28 of 47 passes for 352 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 34-20 loss to the Jaguars. He added four carries for 11 yards.
EDGE Analysis
The Broncos played from behind for a large portion of the second half and were down two scores for nearly the entire fourth quarter. That allowed Nix to rack up a career-high 352 passing yards while averaging a solid 7.5 yards per attempt. The primary shortcoming of Nix's performance was that he managed only one touchdown -- a looping 15-yard pass to Courtland Sutton in the back corner of the end zone early in the second quarter. He also threw a key interception midway through the fourth quarter, effectively ending Denver's chance at a comeback victory. Overall, Nix has topped 300 passing yards three times in his last four games, though he has managed multiple passing scores only once in his last six contests.

Sun 12/14/25 9:58 PM

Nix completed 23 of 34 passes for 302 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 34-26 win over the Packers. He added seven rushes for 10 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Nix topped 300 passing yards in a game for the third time this season, highlighted by five completions of at least 20 yards. Two of those went for touchdowns -- including a 23-yard strike over the middle of the field to Troy Franklin as the third quarter expired that gave the Broncos a lead they wouldn't relinquish. He also tacked on a pair of additional touchdown passes from five and 14 yards away to match his season high. Considering the strength of Green Bay's defense, this was one of Nix's most impressive showings of the season, particularly considering he hadn't accounted for multiple scores since Week 9.

Sun 12/7/25 7:28 PM

Nix completed 31 of 38 pass attempts for 212 yards while adding three carries for 15 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-17 win against Las Vegas.
EDGE Analysis
Nix was methodical against the Raiders' coverage Sunday, completing over 80 percent of his pass attempts en route to earning his team's 11th victory of the season. The Broncos played an excellent game of ball control, nearly doubling the opposition's 20:57 time of possession. This was exhibited best on Denver's opening drive that ate up just under nine minutes of game clock, which culminated in Nix's fourth rushing touchdown of the season, tying the mark he set last year as a rookie. The Broncos' special teams and running game finished off the Raiders, which helped contribute to the signal-caller's pedestrian individual contribution to fantasy managers' box scores in Week 14. Nix will face a stiffer test next time out when the Broncos host the Packers next Sunday.

Mon 12/1/25 12:26 AM

Nix completed 29 of 45 pass attempts for 321 yards, one touchdown and one interception while gaining 16 yards on two carries in Sunday's 27-26 overtime win over Washington.
EDGE Analysis
Nix required the extra overtime period in order to put away the now 3-9 Commanders and extend the Broncos' current win streak to nine games. The 45 attempts and 321 passing yards marked the second-highest totals in each respective category for the sophomore signal-caller through 12 starts this year. The Oregon product hasn't taken a step forward from his promising rookie totals in 2024, but he has maintained steady fantasy value with modest passing numbers to go along with 20 combined touchdowns to 10 turnovers. Nix will attempt to clean up the two interceptions he threw against the Raiders back in Week 10 when these two AFC West rivals face off again next Sunday.

Sun 11/16/25 8:53 PM

Nix completed 24 of 37 passes for 295 yards without a touchdown or an interception in Sunday's 22-19 win over Kansas City. He added eight rushing yards on three carries.
EDGE Analysis
It was the first time all season Nix had failed to produce a TD, but his 295 passing yards were his highest total since Week 4, and the second-year QB came through when it mattered most, hitting Troy Franklin for a 32-yard gain inside the final minute of the fourth quarter to set up Wil Lutz's game-winning FG. Nix will head into the Broncos' Week 12 bye riding an eight-game win streak that has them firmly in control of the AFC West, two games ahead of the Chargers and four wins clear of KC.

Thu 11/6/25 11:54 PM

Nix completed 16 of 28 passes for 150 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions while rushing five times for minus-2 yards in the Broncos' 10-7 win over the Raiders on Thursday night.
EDGE Analysis
Nix's final line wasn't aesthetically pleasing by any stretch, but the second-year signal-caller did just enough to help his team to its eighth victory in 10 games. Nix connected with Troy Franklin on a tight-window seven-yard touchdown pass late in the first half to erase an early 7-0 deficit, and his second interception, which could have had disastrous consequences, also came on a pass intended for Franklin that bounced off the receiver's hands at the Broncos' 45-yard line just after the halfway point of the fourth quarter. Daniel Carlson would go on to miss a game-tying field goal on the Raiders' ensuing possession, and Nix subsequently led a 10-play, 47-yard drive that allowed Denver to run out the clock. Nix has just a 4:4 TD:INT over his last three games, and he'll have a tougher matchup on tap on Sunday, Nov. 16 when the Broncos host the Chiefs in a Week 11 divisional showdown.

Sun 11/2/25 5:25 PM

Nix completed 18 of 37 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 18-15 win over the Texans. He added 36 rushing yards on three carries.
EDGE Analysis
The Broncos didn't score their first points until late in the second quarter against a tough Houston defense, on Nix's 30-yard toss to Courtland Sutton, and they trailed 15-7 heading into the fourth, but the second-year QB found a way to get it done in the clutch yet again. After finding RJ Harvey for a 27-yard TD early in the final frame and adding a two-point conversion to Troy Franklin, Nix set up the game-winning field goal with his legs on runs of 25 and nine yards in the final minute of the game. Nix will take a 17:6 TD:INT through nine starts into a Week 10 clash with the Raiders.

Sun 10/26/25 9:00 PM

Nix completed 19 of 29 pass attempts for 247 yards, four touchdowns and one interception while losing one yard on his only carry in Sunday's 44-24 win over the Cowboys.
EDGE Analysis
Nix has produced four scores for fantasy managers in consecutive appearances, using his arm for all four trips to the end zone against a depleted Dallas secondary this time around. The sophomore signal-caller leaned on his younger receiving options Sunday, dialing up second-year wideout Troy Franklin in the end zone twice and rookies Pat Bryant and RJ Harvey once each. Nix is proving his standout rookie campaign was no fluke, checking in with 1,803 passing yards and 15 touchdowns to five interceptions near the midpoint of the regular season. The 25-year-old will look to keep his hot streak alive against Houston's stingy defense next Sunday.
