Fowler caught one of four targets for 23 yards during Sunday's 35-9 loss in Miami.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler snapped his nine-game scoreless streak last week in what was his best statistical performance since the end of October. He fell back down to earth on Sunday with just one catch, the fifth time in his last six games in which he was held to two or fewer catches. Fowler is still paying for his bout with mid-season drops as the young slotman remains Denver's No. 4 option. He was on the field for 50 percent of Denver's special-teams plays on Sunday, but just 26 percent of its offensive snaps.

Fowler caught three of four targets for 33 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 21-14 loss to Oakland.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler broke up the seam for a 22-yard touchdown late in the game with quarterback Trevor Siemian in for the injured Paxton Lynch. Siemian looks to be getting the start in Lynch's stead this week, reuniting what was a solid Siemian-Fowler connection earlier in the season. It'll be interesting to see how that dynamic has changed since Fowler's demotion to the No. 4 role. Despite his best statistical game in over a month, Fowler still saw just 17 offensive snaps on Sunday -- 19 fewer than No. 3 target Cody Latimer.

Fowler hauled in his only target during Sunday's 20-17 loss to Cincinnati for a gain of 18 yards.
EDGE Analysis
The game broke a two-game catchless streak for Fowler, who has battled some issues with drops. The surer hands might be too little too late. Fowler ranked fourth among Denver receivers yet again this week with 24 offensive snaps as compared to 21 on special teams. He certainly hasn't lived up to the promise of his two-touchdown season debut.

Fowler (ankle) was targeted once and didn't record a catch during Denver's 41-16 loss to New England.
EDGE Analysis
Whether it's been a sore ankle or a recent case of the drops, Fowler has been phased out of Denver's offense lately, with three targets and no catches over the past two weeks. For perspective, Fowler had three or more targets in six of Denver's first seven games of the season. In seems as though Cody Latimer has pushed past the Michigan State product, with 47 offensive snaps on Sunday as compared to Fowler's 18.

Fowler (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation in advance of Sunday's game against the Patriots.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler followed a DNP/limited/full practice regimen this week, the latter of which cleared up any question about his ability to play this weekend. So far this season, he's earned the third-most targets (37) among Broncos skill-position players, but his mark of 5.9 YPT isn't anything to write home about.

Fowler (ankle) was listed as a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Nicki Jhabvala of The Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Like top receiver Demaryius Thomas (hamstring), Fowler failed to practice Wednesday before increasing his involvement a day later. Both players don't look to be in any serious danger of missing Sunday's game against the Patriots, but Fowler won't offer nearly as much fantasy intrigue as Thomas nor Emmanuel Sanders, who returned from a two-game absence to play in the Week 9 loss to the Eagles.

Fowler (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler did not haul in either of his two targets (over the course of 25 snaps) in Week 9's loss to the Eagles, with his fantasy upside now waning due to the return to action this past Sunday of fellow wideout Emmanuel Sanders.

Fowler caught two of six passes for 35 yards in Monday's 29-19 loss in Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
Trevor Siemian floated a ball to a wide open Fowler in the end zone late in the third quarter only to see it slip through Fowler's hands. Denver had to settle for a field goal. Fowler has seen a whopping 14 targets in place of Emmanuel Sanders (ankle) over the past nine quarters. Sanders warmed up on Monday and should be back soon. While it would probably mean a drop in targets for Fowler, Sanders' return might be a positive for Fowler as those fewer targets would likely come against lesser defenders.

Fowler caught all five of his targets for 45 yards in Sunday's 21-0 loss to the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
Fowler responded reasonably well to the challenge of starting in place of Emmanuel Sanders (ankle), but the rest of the offense suffered as Los Angeles doubled Demaryius Thomas, stacked the box and tried to get players like Fowler to beat them. Fowler might actually be better off with Sanders in the line up as it forces teams' lesser defenders to shadow him. How soon that might be is unclear as Sanders is day to day. Either way, he faces a slightly easier task on Monday against a bottom-five Chiefs pass defense.

Fowler is expected to join the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Andrew Mason of the Broncos' official website reports.
EDGE Analysis
Denver's No. 3 receiver for the first five weeks of the season, Fowler hasn't exactly been efficient with his limited opportunities, catching 13 of 24 passes for 140 yards (5.8 per target) and a pair of scores. Both touchdowns came in Week 1 against the Chargers, and he did draw a season-high eight targets (catching just three for 21 yards) in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Giants. With Emmanuel Sanders and Isaiah McKenzie both sidelined by ankle injuries, Fowler likely will step in as the No. 2 receiver Sunday in Los Angeles. However, Demaryius Thomas (leg) figures to gobble up targets, assuming his own injury is confirmed to be minor.
