Jackson plead guilty to the DUI charge he was arrested for Friday, and the charge is his second DUI charge in less than a year, the Indianapolis Star reports. The other arrest occurred June 24. Given Jackson's low level of importance on the Indianapolis roster and his two offenses in a short amount of time, Indianapolis doesn't have much reason to stand by him.

Jackson was arrested in Kentucky on a DUI charge early Friday morning, Fox59.com reports. The Colts have dealt with a lot of irritating behavior from the bottom of its roster in the last few weeks, between Josh McNary's rape charge arrest and Trent Richardson's vague disciplinary issues, so Jackson is not likely to find his employer in the best of moods as they're informed of this transgression. It's unclear whether the backup inside linebacker will get another chance with the team going forward, but it appears to be his first disciplinary infraction in the NFL.

Jackson was released by the Colts, ESPN reports. The 2014 sixth-round pick could land on the practice squad.
