Despite the increased playing time, the veteran wideout was not a major part of the game plan against Seattle. Instead, Khalil Shakir and Keon Coleman saw the most playing time and opportunities at wide receiver in the contest. With better days on the horizon as Cooper continues to get acclimated to the Bills' offense, the 30-year-old could find major fantasy success as in the No. 1 role down the stretch. Cooper and the Bills will host the division-rival Dolphins in Week 9.

However, the extent of Cooper's workload and target share is difficult to project, given that he's had just one week to practice with the Bills after being acquired from the Browns on Tuesday. Once he's gained more familiarity with Buffalo's offense, the 30-year-old should profile as the No. 1 option in the passing attack, though he represents more of a speculative fantasy play in Week 7. The move to the Bills is a positive development for Cooper's fantasy outlook, after he had logged a 24-250-2 receiving line through his first six games in a Cleveland passing offense that ranked 30th in the NFL in yards per game (143).

When asked Friday if he anticipates Cooper playing Sunday against the Titans, coach Sean McDermott said, "We'll see, I mean, I would think so, but I wanna see, and I wanna visit with the coaches again," Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

The Bills added Cooper in a trade with the Browns on Tuesday, so the wideout has had limited time to familiarize himself with the team's offense. The continued struggles of quarterback Deshaun Watson dragged down Cooper's numbers, but the veteran wideout still led the Browns in receiving yards despite the fact that he saw his lowest target volume of the year so far. With Cleveland at 1-5 and seemingly headed for a lost season, trade rumors have begun circling around Cooper, and his 19-223-2 line over the last four games is respectable considering his situation. Cooper will try to take advantage of a vulnerable Bengals secondary in Week 7.

While he saw double-digit targets for the second time in five games and led the Browns in receiving yards, Cooper still failed to do very much with the volume as Deshaun Watson struggled to get the ball downfield with any authority once again. Aside from his two-TD performance against the Giants in Week 3, Cooper has had a rough start to the campaign, and it might take a switch under center to Jameis Winston -- or a trade to another team -- to make the veteran wideout a consistent fantasy asset again. Cooper will try to break out in Week 6 against a well-rested Eagles secondary that will be coming out of its bye.

Cooper took a back seat to Jerry Jeudy (6-72-0) on Sunday after going off for two scores in last week's loss to the Giants, although he did have an 82-yard touchdown catch and run early in the fourth quarter wiped out by a questionable holding penalty. The veteran starter has struggled in three starts outside of Week 3's monster output, but he remains a steady play in fantasy given his track record. Cooper will look to break out of his early-season slump when the Browns face the Commanders on Sunday.

Cooper stayed down after one of Cleveland's final offensive plays in Sunday's 21-15 loss to the Giants, but he eventually walked off under his own power, and the veteran wide receiver has evidently recovered from that injury scare. He's expected to continue working as Deshaun Watson's top target Sunday against the Raiders after scoring a pair of touchdowns in Week 3. Cooper has 29 targets through three games.
