Titans S Al Afalava will miss 2-3 weeks with a high-ankle sprain. Primarily a special teamer, Afalava played 36 snaps on defense Sunday. He'll be a candidate for injured reserve if he ends up healing behind schedule.

Afalava appeared in just four games a season ago after starting 13 as a rookie for the Bears in 2009. Not talented enough to be a start, Afalava's NFL future (if he has one) is on special teams.
