Rodgers (thumb/knee) didn't participate in Wednesday's walk-through practice.
EDGE Analysis
For the second week in a row, Rodgers is kicking off game prep with no activity due to knee and right thumb injuries. On the first occasion, he followed it with a limited session last Thursday before capping Week 17 prep with full activity and heading into the weekend without a designation. He proceeded to complete 15 of 24 passes for 159 yards and one touchdown and a two-yard score on the ground in this past Sunday's win over the Vikings. Rodgers will aim to follow a similar practice regimen this week with an eye toward getting cleared for Sunday's all-important matchup with the Lions.

Rodgers completed 15 of 24 passes for 159 yards and a touchdown and added a two-yard TD on his only carry in Sunday's 41-17 win over the Vikings.
EDGE Analysis
Green Bay grabbed a 14-3 lead in the first quarter on kickoff return and interception return touchdowns and never looked back, so Rodgers didn't have to do too much to lock up the victory. He still produced multiple TDs for the first time since Week 12, and the veteran QB will likely be more involved in Week 18 against the Lions, as a Packers win would send them into the postseason.

Rodgers (thumb/knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
The knee injury is a recent addition from last Sunday's 26-20 win over Miami, while the thumb is something Rodgers has managed for a couple months, with reports at one point suggesting he has an avulsion fracture in the affected digit. Whatever the case, he hasn't thrown for 300 yards or run for a touchdown all season and has only one game with more than two passing touchdowns. Rodgers does get an excellent matchup in a must-win game for the Packers this week, though he might not have WR Christian Watson (questionable, hip) at his disposal against a Vikings defense that's given up the fifth-most points in the league to opposing quarterbacks.

Rodgers (thumb/knee) practiced on a limited basis Thursday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
EDGE Analysis
After sitting out Wednesday's session due to a knee injury that he picked up during a Week 16 win at Miami, Rodgers participated in individual drills Thursday but still operated with a cap on his reps. Even if the same comes to the pass Friday, there doesn't seem to be any worry about his availability for Sunday's NFC North showdown with the Vikings. Ultimately, Friday's practice report will reveal whether or not Rodgers heads into the weekend with a designation.

Rodgers (right thumb/knee) returned to practice Thursday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
It remains to be seen how the Packers list Rodgers' participation level, but his return to the field after missing Wednesday's session supports the QB's expectation that he'll be available for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Rodgers officially didn't practice Wednesday due to right thumb and knee injuries.
EDGE Analysis
While the thumb issue likely is a residual one due to the fracture that Rodgers played through for a good portion of the campaign, the knee concern stems from a hit he took this past Sunday at Miami. He told Matt Schneidman of The Athletic that he isn't concerned about his potential to play Sunday against the Vikings, calling Wednesday's absence a veteran day off. Rodgers thus should get back on the practice field in some capacity both Thursday and Friday as the Packers prepare for a Week 17 NFC North matchup with all manner of playoff implications.

Rodgers was held out of practice Wednesday with a knee injury but is expected to play Sunday against the Vikings, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Rodgers took a hard hit to the knee during Sunday's 26-20 win over Miami, but he finished out the game and now has a decent chance to reach the playoffs as a wild card. With that in mind, he'll likely suit up Sunday if it's just a matter of pain tolerance.

Rodgers completed 24 of 38 passes for 238 yards and a touchdown with an interception in Sunday's 26-20 win over the Dolphins. He added 18 rushing yards on seven carries.
EDGE Analysis
Rodgers continues to post mediocre numbers -- he's gone six straight games without reaching 240 passing yards, and three straight with just one passing TD -- but a Packers defense that created four takeaways took the pressure off the quarterback to win the game himself. With Green Bay still alive in the playoff race, Rodgers will look to generate a little more offense in Week 17 against a vulnerable Vikings defense that managed to hold him to 195 yards and zero TDs in their first meeting this season back in Week 1.

Rodgers completed 22 of 30 pass attempts for 229 yards, a touchdown and an interception in Monday's 24-12 win over the Rams.
EDGE Analysis
The two-time MVP wasn't asked to do much against a Rams team that was decimated by injury, resulting in a modest stat line and a win for his club. Rodgers could have had a second touchdown in garbage time had rookie wideout Christian Watson not ran an incorrect route that would have gone for an easy four-yard score. The 39-year-old now has 3,093 passing yards with a 23:9 TD:INT ratio through 14 games in what can only be described as a down year by the superstar's lofty standards. Rodgers will look to keep Green Bay's slim playoff hopes alive against the Dolphins on Sunday.

Rodgers completed 18 of 31 passes for 182 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-19 win over the Bears.
EDGE Analysis
Rodgers played through ribs and thumb injuries to lead the Packers to a comeback victory at the home of their division rivals. While the quarterback's stat line wasn't anything special, Rodgers' fourth-down touchdown to rookie Christian Watson gave Green Bay a much-needed score heading into halftime. With his team now entering its bye week, Rodgers will get some welcomed extra time to rest his injuries ahead of Week 15's Monday night matchup versus the Rams.
