The 30-year-old wing had another good showing from beyond the arc, but it wasn't enough to keep the Kings' playoff hopes alive. LaVine drained at least four three-pointers in seven straight games to close out his campaign. Over 32 appearances with Sacramento following a midseason trade from Chicago, he averaged 22.4 points, 3.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 3.2 three-pointers. Sacramento will likely be looking to shake up its roster this summer, but it's hard to see LaVine being on the move again -- he has one year and $46 million left on his current contract, plus a player option for 2026-27 at $48.97 million.

LaVine snapped a streak of four games with at least 40 minutes in this regular-season finale, as he was limited to a mere 27 minutes against an already-eliminated Suns team. LaVine should handle his regular workload when the Kings take on the Mavericks in the Play-In Tournament on Wednesday. The veteran averaged 23.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game in 74 regular-season appearances between the Kings and Bulls.

LaVine logged 26 points (9-23 FG, 4-12 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds and five assists across 41 minutes during Friday's 101-100 loss to the Clippers.

LaVine didn't have his best shooting performance, as he needed 23 shots to score 26 points while making just 33.3 percent of his treys, but fantasy managers will gladly look past the efficiency issues as long as he continues to hit the 25-point mark on a regular basis. The veteran scorer has recorded 25 or more points in five games in a row, a stretch in which he's shooting 53.2 percent from the floor and 55.1 percent from three-point range. Thus, this poor shooting display Friday was nothing but a bump on the road for LaVine.

LaVine accumulated 27 points (10-20 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 3-4 FT) and 11 assists across 44 minutes during Wednesday's 124-116 loss to the Nuggets.

EDGE Analysis

The double-double was his sixth of the season and third in 30 contests for the Kings, while the 27 points led the team in scoring on the night. LaVine is building some impressive momentum to take with him into the Play-In Tournament -- he's scored at least 25 points in four straight games. He's drained multiple three-pointers in eight of the last nine contests, averaging 25.3 points, 4.0 threes, 3.7 assists and 3.1 boards over the latter stretch while shooting 53,8 percent from the floor and a blistering 51.4 percent from beyond the arc.

LaVine ended Monday's 127-117 victory over the Pistons with 43 points (16-28 FG, 8-11 3Pt, 3-4 FT), three rebounds, four assists and one steal in 45 minutes.

LaVine continued his recent scoring surge, tallying at least 25 points for the third straight game. His 43 points marked a season-high and powered the Kings to their third straight victory. Sacramento will need to do it the hard way should they hope to feature in the postseason, likely facing two play-in games. If LaVine can maintain his current momentum, perhaps they can pull off a couple of surprises.

LaVine caught fire from long distance, draining a game-high seven three-pointers while leading all scorers in Sunday's upset victory. After enduring a brief four-game cold spell in late March, the star swingman is heating back up over his last six outings. LaVine is shooting 55.3 percent from the field and 50.0 percent from beyond the arc during this period, logging 23.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 3.3 three-pointers per game.

LaVine supplied 25 points (9-19 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and one steal over 33 minutes during Friday's 125-102 win over the Hornets.

EDGE Analysis

LaVine delivers most of his fantasy value in the scoring column, as he's one of the best pure offensive weapons in the NBA, but he was active crashing the boards Friday, resulting in his fourth double-double of the season. The 10 boards also matched his season-high mark in that category. LaVine is averaging 18.9 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game over his last eight games. Still, he's cleared the 20-point mark just twice in that span, and fantasy managers would certainly expect a bit more out of him in the final days of the regular season and with the Kings fighting for a Play-In berth.

LaVine logged 20 points (7-15 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal across 38 minutes during Monday's 111-109 loss to Indiana.

EDGE Analysis

LaVine led the way for Sacramento from three in Monday's outing, pacing all players in threes made while finishing as one of three Kings with 20 or more points in a losing effort. LaVine has connected on four or more threes in two of his last four contests, surpassing the 20-point mark for the second time in his last three appearances.

LaVine posted 10 points (3-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds and three assists across 29 minutes during Saturday's 121-91 loss to the Magic.

LaVine essentially went down with the ship in Saturday's rout, tying for his fewest minutes in a game since joining the Kings. The star guard has been fairly quiet in late March, averaging 16.0 points, 3.7 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 1.7 three-pointers in 35.0 minutes while shooting just 29.4 percent from deep and having reached the 20-point plateau only one time over his last six games.

The star swingman didn't offer much outside of his scoring Thursday, though he shot the ball at an efficient clip. LaVine delivered a bounce-back performance against Portland, as he averaged 14.3 points per game while shooting only 37.9 percent from the field in his previous four outings.
