The Warriors also gave former Clippers assistant coach Alvin Gentry about $800K per season, and the Clippers may be losing out on assistants while the Donald Sterling drama unfolds.

That's three assistant coaches of Doc Rivers gone (Alvin Gentry to GSW, Kevin Eastman promoted to Clippers' front office) as Lue heads to Cleveland. He will join David Blatt on the bench as Cleveland attempts to right the ship after four years of turmoil following "The Decision." Rivers reportedly gave Lue his blessing to accept the job.
