Bhullar has lost 23 pounds since the end of the season, the Sacramento Bee reports.
Bhullar was listed at 7-foot-5 and 360 pounds last year. He's still a free agent, but will participate in at least one summer league game for the Kings. He played three games last season before his 10-day contract expired in early April, and an extended stay in the D-League is a likely scenario for the large Canadian.

Bhullar is not expected to sign a second 10-day contract when his initial tryout ends Saturday, Marc Stein of ESPN reports. Although he intends to stay within Sacramento's organization during the offseason for Summer League competition.
Bhullar's most interesting asset is undoubtedly his size, standing at 7-5, 360 pounds. Although he's still a ways away from being a viable option in the NBA as he'll likely head back down to the Reno Bighorns of the D-League to conclude the regular season. The rookie from New Mexico State should hang around the league for at least a few more years because of his size but he's not currently an option worth exploring for fantasy purposes at this stage in his development.

Bhullar made his NBA debut Tuesday against the Timberwolves. He was subbed into the game with 16 seconds remaining, becoming the first player of Indian descent to play in the NBA.
Bhullar was signed by the Kings to a 10-day contract last Thursday. Before signing with the team, he played for them in the 2014 Las Vegas Summer League and was on their affiliate D-League team the Reno Bighorns. The 22-year-old 7-5, 360 pound center played in 39 games with the Bighorns this season, averaging 10.3 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 3.9 blocks in 26 minutes per game. While this is a great story, it's unlikely Bhullar will have much of a career in the NBA.

Bhullar signed a 10-day contract with the Kings on Thursday, NBA.com reports.
Rumors that Bhullar would be signed were floating around Wednesday, but the Kings did not make the move official until Friday morning. The behemoth, 7-5 center will become the first player of Indian descent to play in the NBA. Bhullar was a member of the Kings 2014 Las Vegas Summer League team, and he's spent the season with the Reno Bighorns, averaging 10.3 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.9 blocks in just under 26 minutes per game. It's unclear how much of a chance he'll be given with the Kings, but the team is well out of playoff contention and has shown a willingness to rest players, so Bhullar should carve out a role off the bench over the last handful of games.

Bhullar, who was waived by the Kings on Friday, will play for the Reno Bighorns of the D-League this season, James Ham of Cowbell Kingdom reports.
Bhullar comes in at an astounding 7-5, so there's an obvious advantage at giving the rookie from New Mexico State an opportunity at any level. Considering that he spent training camp with the Kings, he'll have an outside shot at getting called up at some point during the 2014-15 season by an NBA team in need of frontcourt depth.

Bhullar was waived by the Kings on Saturday, The Sacramento Bee reports.
Bhullar was a long shot to make the Kings' roster as it were, so this news isn't all that surprising. Considering that he comes in at a staggering 7-5, there might be teams that give him an opportunity in the future, but he won't likely factor into fantasy this season.
