Arcidiacono provided two points (1-2 FG), 11 assists, six rebounds and one steal across 34 minutes Wednesday in the Bulls' 122-110 win over the Grizzlies.
EDGE Analysis
Arcidiacono moved up to the top unit and saw an appreciable spike in playing time with Kris Dunn (back) sidelined for the contest. The Bulls haven't provided any indication that Dunn's injury is a long-term concern, so it's expected he'll be back in action for the team's first contest out of the All-Star break Feb. 22 in Orlando. If that's the case, Arcidiacono would head back to the bench and likely see his minutes count fade into the teens, eliminating most of his appeal even as an assists streamer.

Arcidiacono (nose) played 15 minutes Wednesday in the Bulls' 125-120 loss to the Pelicans and supplied three points (1-4 FG, 1-4 3Pt), three assists, two rebounds and two steals.
EDGE Analysis
Arcidiacono was briefly forced to exit the Bulls' previous game Saturday versus the Hornets after taking a hit to the face that resulted in a nosebleed, but he avoided the injury report ahead of Wednesday's contest. He returned to fill his usual role as the backup point guard and doesn't look on track to climb above 20 minutes in most games unless starter Kris Dunn succumbs to foul trouble or an injury.

Arcidiacono will come off the bench Saturday against the Hornets, Chuck Swirsky of the Bulls Radio Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Zach LaVine out for one game due to an injured ankle, Arcidiacono was inserted into the starting five. LaVine is back Saturday, however, pushing Arcidiacono back into his usual role off the pine.

Arcidiacono provided nine points (4-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, three assists and two steals across 34 minutes in the Bulls' win over the Heat on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Arcidiacono got the start on Wednesday with Zach LaVine (ankle) out, and he produced a well-rounded stat line in a winning effort. In his 23 prior starts this season, Arcidiacono averaged 7.3 points, 3.5 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 30.4 minutes per game, making him a great daily play any time he enters the starting five.

Arcidiacono will start Wednesday's game against the Heat, Bulls radio voice Chuck Swirsky reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Bulls will be without Zach LaVine (ankle) on Wednesday, so they'll go with Arcidiacono at shooting guard, with Wayne Selden remaining in the lineup at small forward. Both players could see increased minutes, as could Shaq Harrison and Antonio Blakeney.

Arcidiacono offered 12 points (3-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 5-5 FT), two rebounds, one assist, two steals and one block across 19 minutes in the Bulls' 107-100 loss to the Lakers on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
The second-year guard turned in his second double-digit scoring effort over the last three games, a brief surge after a multi-game stretch of pedestrian production. Arcidiacono hadn't scored more than five points in the seven games prior to the current stretch, a sample that includes a trio of scoreless efforts. Kris Dunn's return to health Dec. 10 naturally led to a dip in production for Arcidiacono, but he'll regain some relevance if he can keep up his recent improvement over an appreciable stretch of games.
